The model looks fantastic, you have done an amazing job designing the kit. I can’t wait to see what other loco kits you are planning on releasing, perhaps the Radstock sentinels would be a good suggestion.
Ooh I think I saw that someone is working on a kit for the Radstock Sentinels already so you may not have long to wait! I read it on an RMWeb thread :)
Ah there’s a cat in the intro! I love this kit build, well done. Will this be the included as part of your Tidmouth Harbour fleet like the real life basis ?
I've got about halfway through a Part 2 video, substantial modifications to the master and a re-mould needed. Have paused it to get these kits out but going to pick it up again soon. Also have run out of rubber so need to order some....
Do you think you’ll ever make other real life engines in kit form? Possibly ones that have never had a model fo them made? Like “The Blue Circle” perhaps?
Racking my memory banks, I think I've seen a 3D printed model of Blue Circle somewhere? We have a few more kits in the pipeline but they are somewhat larger!
This is a bit late, but I had an idle query; how common were inside-cylindered 0-4-0's on industrial or dockside workings; conventional 0-4-0's, I mean, not vertical boilered, Sentinels, or fireless engines.
There were a few IC 0-4-0s in the UK but they were the exception rather than the norm as far as I can tell, the OCs were a lot more prevalent in industrial use. A few mainline companies had IC 0-4-0s like the NER.
@@RailwayManiaNet There's someone I know of who made a 3d printed model of a generic, late Victorian-era 0-4-0 type tender engine for the various Hornby 0-4-0's; amusingly, the inside cylindered version is nearly a perfect match for the North British Railway's pair of Thomas Wheatley-designed '357' class, of which one made it into LNER service.
Hi Luke, it depends on the demand really, it's a lot of money for me to splash out on buying the chassis and then selling the bodies on, plus as there is no modification needed to the chassis then people might want to be able to switch between the Peckett and the Avonside?
@@RailwayManiaNet hm, perhaps you could sell your own chassis kit then? Think of high level kits, including gearbox, wheels, motor, etc, but maybe 3D printed in an easier to assemble fashion compared to brass sheets
Excellent work Corbs! Although I’m rather busy and don’t have a model railway, I’m rather tempted by this and doing Portbury!
Great work mate.
Cheers Mike! I certainly hope to see lots of Portburys around soon :D
Well, I must say that this is amazing and after seeing portbury again today I am definitely getting the portbury kit! Great work as always Corbs!
Superb as always, thanks for sharing
Thank you :)
Great to have another producer of kits about!
Hope these sell well!
I suspect one will end up with me at some point...
Cheers
Olly
Thanks Olly, I hope people like them!

Yes I should think a few will be in the TDA fleet - one of the square tanks is already in TDA livery!
Railway Mania ah I see
It's actually sneaking into the background on the final few shots of this video ;)
Railway Mania Sounds good, how’s Ben coming along ?

Little late to the party, but I hope the sales are going well. Hopefully I can buy one of these in the future, they look amazing.
Cheers mate! Has been going ok so far and going to be releasing the later versions soon fingers crossed!

out of all the avonside loco’s,
which is your favorite?
Portbury is my favourite!

@@TallboyDave Is that TangoOscarMike on RMweb? If so I really like his creations, very imaginative use of the old Hornby chassis!
@@RailwayManiaNet The only name I know him by is Tom Cowell, aka "Toys or Models?" over on Shapeways; it might be the same bloke for all I know.
Would you be able to supply the body kits with the chassis like Narrow Planet do?

@@thedoncasterk3 Something to look into certainly, but probably for something where there is no RTR alternative available.
Love the green livery.
Thanks Reny!
what is the song at 13:02 ?
Stephen the Levite - Baggage (Instrumental)
@@RailwayManiaNet thanks!
