Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but... Won't this make your waist wider and not slimmer? Since it's physically impossible to target stomach fat burn, only way to remove love handles for example is by lowering your general bodyfat by eating in a calorie deficit and working out your abdominal muscles will eventaully make them grow bigger. Obviously I'm not against doing excerices like this, I'm actually all for it is just that I feel like the title is a little misleading is all. Also english is my third language so pls don't shit on my grammar :)
honestly there is no such thing as spot reduction. all this is is exercising. Planks are a great full body weight exercise i been doing them for almost a year and they're great. but just doing planks alone aint gonna slim your waist. as the old saying goes you can't out exercise a bad diet. so eating McDonalds eating out a lot drinking alcohol lots of refine sugar all of these things is gonna kill the benefits of exercising.
The video was not about losing weight, it was very clear in the title, “if you want a waist like this”… you are not gonna get the six pack and that “V” muscle on the front of your waist by watching what you eat and walking for an hour and 49 minutes. That’s gonna leave you with lose skin…
You can strengthen your abs, but unless you burn more calories than you consume you will still have a fat middle. Shredding isn't the answer either as you will be a weak as a kitten. Do more eat less. It will take 3 to 6 months. It's all about changing your mind set and keeping it changed.
I recently said the same thing on a different video which was done by a 'Doctor' (I'll use that term loosely) in the video she was saying that by rubbing castor oil onto your belly it will burn fat without adding exercise or a change in diet???
Which will actually make the fat middle look even worse if you dont diet down because your abs will get bigger making you actually look even fatter than you really are. These exercises are great but without a diet, you will get strong abs but the waist will unfortunately look worse
Возможно начну издалека.,,Разнес,, на работе колено.После долгого лечения и малоподвижного образа набрал лишний вес и эти самые ,,бока,,.В целях реабилитации врачи рекомендовали пешие прогулки.Но даже это на тот момент мне было не по силам.Задумался над вопросом и скачал Лесли Сансон ходьба на месте 3 мили.Начал заниматься.Сначала 15 мин.,20 и т.д. .Более менее колено восстановил.А теперь непосредственно к теме.Взяв эту программу за основную одел рюкзак 10 кг.На руки и ноги манжеты по 1 и 2 кг соответственно.И по новой начал с 15 мин повторяя за ней все движения.Цель была укрепить колено.Но как ,,побочное,,😊на глазах начал втягиваться живот и уходить бока.Сейчас доп.вес у меня больше ,а физ.подготовка и внешний вид намного лучше чем до травмы колена.По сути занимаясь по этой программе почти полностью восстановил колено и привел в порядок внешний вид.И еще. Мне 49 лет.(для тех кто думает,что только молодые могут извлечь пользу от тренировок).

Losing fat is 90% diet, only 10% exercise. It's even possible (although not recommended) to lose fat with diet only, while it's impossible do do so with exercise only as this video suggests!

This is correct. And unfortunately you will lose fat all over your body before you even see any loss around your lower back. That's the last place to go.

Слишком большой комплекс, за раз не выполнишь это всё. Мне хватает первого упражнения и динамической планке по 1 минуте, в конце утренней тренировки. Результат супер 👍
A long time ago I thought one will get results from ANY well performed exercise IF one ‘layered’ in an ‘yes, this WILL be good to do’ regularly’ ACTIVE thought process. I approach these exercises with such a frame of mind.. the effects are individual, of course, but try it.

Don’t eat too much, healthy and train your legs biggest muscle group will lost fat (if your intake is even or lower then you use) , other exercises are ok but small muscles groups, for fat lost waste of time..
this won't give you a slimmer waist..yes it will give you some muscle development but there is no exercise that can burn fats on specific body parts... You need a calorie deficit whether you eat less or exercise more..

That's not how the body works. Not even close. If you want bigger waist, do this. However if you want less fat. Do whatever you want, and eat less calories. You cant target body parts to loose fat at any specific place on your body.

You will be even more wide in the waist after this. You will build muscles this way and it will go wider. Get a proper diet, calories in vs calories out. And it will go away. Slowly, from everywhere including waist.
Szkoda czasu. Mało wydajne- lepiej kettel i jak robi się Swing'a wysokiego, to zrobić obrót wokół głowy i odwodzący ruch tułowiem. Jakby wykonywać wszystkie te ćwiczenia to trzeba by ćwiczyć ze 2h dziennie. A kiedy się odchamiać? Uczyć języków? Ucałować Sensowną Panienkę w cułko? Ściaśniamy, ściaśniamy... ;)))

The best exercise for a smaller waist is push-backs away from the table; nothing else works.
Fork-downs are far superior.

You need to gradually work up to these moves. No harm going for 10 seconds with a more limited range of motion. You can only improve.

if you want a slimmer waist, be in a caloric deficit ... doesn't matter what cardio exercise you do.
Your waste size has more to do with your diet, probably 80 percent, and 20 percent exercise

Facts. I dropped a good amount of body fat doing HIIT and reducing my daily caloric intake. Then I got an unrelated injury, so now I’m back to it.
