Kendrick makes music that says something that needs to be said. His albums are cohesive, have a defined message, and make a massive impact when they’re released. Each of them since Good Kid is a masterpiece.
Drake makes party/background/radio music. There’s nothing to digest, it’s just (usually) catchy music by a talented vocalist. Also, Drake not needing to worry about writing all his lyrics (allegedly) surely saves him a bit of time lol.

And agreed on ASAP Rocky, unless there’s something we don’t know.
2. What don’t you believe about J. Prince? Drake being so angry he wants to do or say something out of character but doesn’t is the most Drake thing ever. He just proved it with his Joe Budden post. Someone should have told him not to. “Your friend is dying” of course he had nothing to say to that, at least that wouldn’t result in violence. Diss tracks are supposed to make THAT person look bad, attack THEIR character. His friend dying has nothing to do with Drake and Drake already rapped about his own son a week prior in subtle Drake fashion, everyone missed it. He obviously doesn’t run out of things to say though. I would agree with he was afraid Pusha T would have him killed if he responded with something worse, but believing he had nothing to ready to say is silly.

That’s why he’s hired to write for others all the time.
