This is so relaxing, loved it James 😴 I'm not sure if there is any insomnia clinics in the UK but this is definitely a more preferable alternative 😅 I really appreciate how you only ask one or two questions at a time too as irl doctors ask a barrage of questions at once, and combine this with unfamiliar surroundings and feeling or being ill or injured can be pretty stressful! So thank you for not doing that 🥰 Hope you're feeling better now btw!

The low lighting part was a 10/10! Loved the colors, the cool ambiance, and the button clicking/screen changing for an eye test & word association was super cool - haven't seen that in asmr too often!
