    When my mom, dad and I arrived in 1965 there was one stop light on Mesa St. free way ended on the east side.Moved on the West side on Love Rd. Beautiful city with so many wonderful people and cultures. I love El Paso. Moved though in 1992.

    I went to El paso job corps in 1976 Mr Carrasco the center director I passed agood times and Ilove El paso Texas Arriva el Chuko

    Thank you for posting these pictures of downtown El Paso. Watching reminded of how vibrant and important El Paso was and still is to Texas and the United States. Really awesome to see.

    El Paso downtown 1940's - 1960's very unique and lovely. A joy to walk and shop there.
