Amp hours? I would use at least a 5Ah power bank (5V) or a 5V 1A power supply or above. A 5AH power supply should be able to run one of these pumps for about 3 hours (accounting for conversion loss from the 3.6V battery to the 5V output.)

These things cannot pump higher than 70cm. I used them and when I tried this they would leak and short circuit. I don't recommend them.
