EVP Clinic I: DIY Inclusive Sensory Games for Children with Neurodevelopmental Delay

The 10th India CSR Summit and ESG Forum 2023 (hosted by CSRBOX) introduced an innovation edition: Live Micro-clinics on Employee Volunteering. These bespoke clinics provided a unique opportunity to CSR professionals, business leaders to participate in hands-on volunteering initiatives which was designed to impact diverse communities.
Within Diversity & Inclusion zone, CSR leaders assembled Sensory toys for Children with Visual Impairment and neuro-developmental delay. Similarly, under STEMiverse zone, volunteers worked in groups to create science lab equipment for government school students to enhance their scientific literacy. Our innovative clinics also provided a chance to foster inclusive communication skills where volunteers learned the magic of finger-spells with Indian Sign Language from a Deaf facilitator. The hands-on activity engagement of live micro-clinics were filled with the dedication, enthusiasm and good will of volunteers towards doing good in a better way.
