Hi there. I'v watched lots of yr videos, but whenever i take Spirulina & Chlorella i get SEVERE insomnia 😩. No matter how early i take it, even when i take the Chlorella at bedtime like u suggest ... Pse advise. Many tks.

Thank you for a good and interesting talk :). I think you might get the iron-thing wrong. I think it will be absorbed and for men and menopausal women to much iron is dangerous. Question is how much will be too much from the algae?
Great question. A single serving of ENERGYbits contains 4 mg of Iron. 8 mg is the recommended daily amount for menopausal women. It's always a great idea to check with your Dr. as we cannot give medical advice. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Which type reverses inflammation? I ordered recovery bits. But someone said energy bits reverses inflamation. I have high CRP. Need to combat inflammation. ❤

I’ve been taking Spirulina powder in smoothies each morning with added fruits and soya protein which sets me up for the day. I’ve ordered Chlorella powder to take in the evening. I just wondered whether there is a different benefit in taking the tablets instead of the powder or are the tablets just more convenient? And please could you tell me how much powder of each is recommended per day, Ie spirulina powder mornings and chlorella powder evenings?
Hi Heather - the biggest concern when choosing algae is the process used (most use high heat which kills the nutrients) and testing to ensure no toxins. I can't help with powder recommendations as we only sell tablets. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey Scott! I would recommend taking 30 RECOVERY chlorella tablets before bed. Chlorella has the highest concentration of tryptophan in the world (a precursor to melatonin) so it will help you fall asleep and sleep better. It will also help to facilitate detox while you're sleeping.
