Physics Mod and VS2 Clockwork are now compatible, meaning you don't have to use Eureka. Although that combination is only available for 1.18, which kinda sucks, but it would be really cool to see how this ship looks if assembled through Clockwork.
It is through clockwork? I just use eureka for faster assembly cause going through bluper is annoying, but after removing the ship helm its the same as bluper assembled ship.

how do you prevent it from like rolling from side to side
That's due to the water physics mod, when on normal Minecraft water the rolling is very minimal and its more realistic that way anyway
