AcroYoga Transitions: Corkscrew (Bird to Star)
Вставка

- Corkscrew is a great intermediate-level transition between lateral (Front Plank / Bird) to vertical (Star). It challenges each partner to truly embody their role-- Bases create a stable foundation for Flyers to gracefully soar.
This AcroYoga training video will appeal to one of two types of people:
a) Those who wish to GET GOOD
b) Those who wish to GET BETTER
Believe you me... in order for one of those to happen, the other one has to occur.
Spotting Tip-- Spotter's Chest to Flyer's Back (while in Star), Spotter's Chest to Flyer's Side (while in Plank).
SAFETY FIRST! Please remember to have a spotter when trying something new-- especially if you have no idea what you're doing. You take full responsibility for whatever happens with your partner the moment you start playing. If you're not cool with that, speak your mind. Accurate Self-Assessment builds Trust.

Good tutorial. Thanks for saying your flyer's name during the video! :-)
love this.
AWESOME! ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU VERY MUCH, DANIEL! I AM REVIEWING THE BASICS SO I CAN TEACH BETTER HEH
Corkscrew starts from Folded Leaf and ends in Folded Leaf. High Barrel starts from Bird and ends in Bird! Spot the difference. ;)
Cool
wow!!!!
Very nice. I love the on screen pointers.
Acropedia has this cycle listed as High Barrel Roll. Both names seem very reasonable, unfortunately!
That move has been named Corkscrew loooooong before Acropedia was created.
Totally appreciate your appreciation! Glad to hear it helps!
nice Video. What's the name of the song? :-)
