This video is purely about my Dream House Hunt. The list of luxury properties which I am interested and how it helps me to decide my future home.
SPR CITY BINNY LTD is the Largest Integrated township of Chennai with wide Amenities. Starting from School, Cricket club and Theatres the collaborators are branded ones like PVR, The Shri Ram Universal School etc.,
I loved this property. Initially I went with a budget of 90 lakhs and 2BHK unit as preference!

Yes Bro. With 70 L we can buy 1800 Sqft Land in Thirumulaivoyal. 3 BHk Apartment Cost 55- 60 L (1200 to 1400 Sqft) in the same area. You will be benefited with decent UDS.
