If you are referring to the site at Koyembedu, it's a huge property and 1.2 crore is value for money. If the intention is just to explore we could tell so to the support staff and they will show you around appropriately!

Crown residence is good location. Guys ask for good quality branded lift. One real life experience. A popular builder built a flat with lift of famous brand. But that piece was his last model. After 5 years getting spare of lift and repair cost skyrocketed which had bad effect on our monthly maintenance.

I have an apartment booked at Cloud Graze, KK Nagar. So far, my experience with Baashyaam has been wonderful if not perfect. Their customer relations folks have always been patient with us, accommodating any changes that we requested throughout the construction. It's unfortunate the salesperson treated you this way and understandably you are upset. As for Crown Residences, I'd definitely not suggest to go with it, because mosquitoes will be a huge problem being right next cooum. Good luck with your search.
