Hi, there might be things that you could try: twist the adjustment rings on the shocks so the springs won't be too stiff, use softer springs, check inside of the shocks if something is grinding inside - then either add a little bit of lubricant (for brass) or go for a softer oil (oil dampened). On the brass version you could remove the o - ring on the inside to reduce friction. I hope this was helpful somehow. Have a good one

How did you keep your shocks from binding? I set mine the same as you but they bind really bad and it doesn't flex at all
