How could be a sq. Ft is converted into sq. m by multiplying it by 10.764? It should be divided by 10.764.

Sir Contractor using cement 105kg/cum for PCC Concrete (1:4:8) but in CPWD cement consumption is 170 kg/cum that is less. How to make new analysis of rate for contractor payment if tender rate is 4000Rs/cum?
If we take mortar thickness as 20mm. And cement mortar ratio as 1:6. Then for 10 sqm ratio will be 0.28 Instead of 0.24.
You said value of 0.24 will not change..only cost and cement mortar ratio will be changed.
