Sir ji, 1 skilled Mason din mein max. 300nos. lagata hai. Kyonki usko sill band bhi dalna padta hai every 4th/5th layer pe. DAR ko thoda rectify krna chahiye nahi toh Contractor ko loss ho jayega.

Jyotsna Phalke Actually DSR is Delhi Schedule of Rates, its a base for every civil engineer ,you can download it from Google. then you understand in proper way.

Jyotsna Phalke Yes you are right, mean complete rate = Material + Labour. This is a composite / item rate Contract.
Labour Rate = Only labour rate material supplied by owner / client, this is PRW Contract (Piece Rate Work)
