sir you explained in cement & sand calculation video is the coefficent for granite/stones/marble is 0.224 Cum (less mortar consump. for smooth bases in stones/marble/granite) per 10sqm & For Tile flooring 0.24 Cum (more mortar consump. for grooves in tile bases)

Very precise analysis. What if bed mortar increases and it definitely will in most of the cases practically. In such cases, Levelling of Concrete has to have zero tolerance or bare mininum which is quite difficult to achieve.

Thats very good question, u can check in DAR Vol. 1 Sub Head 8 (Marble & Granite Works) Item no. 8.1 for flooring works with 20% wastage
Also note if you fixed a stone over kitchen, toilet counter allowable limit of wastage should be only 5%.

Granite is a prepolished stone, there is no need to polish it, only buffing required which is already included in rates.
