- Scrubs is one of the most emotional series I've ever seen and here are some of the saddest and most moving moments on the series so far.

As sad as it is, it is also one of the sweetest moments of the whole show.

Its amazing how so soon into the show it completely grips you with such emotion and laughter i was blown away

This sounds even more worse when you lost a young person.
I saw that scene on the evening i lost a classmate and she was only 20 and had no chance to get such an amazing life :´(
At the classmate knows that you care and that the classmate passed peacefully in the new world

music in every scrubs episode is so perfet :')
I remember watching this show so much with my brothers because the three of us were going to medical school around the time this show came out and I remember there was not one dry eye in the room

This moment alone is why I need to watch this show.
I’m an RT and I can’t tell you how true this is..I’m completely overwhelmed by grief at times…
Makes me sad and happy at the same time....
This episode and that Scene is in my memory after years went by witout watching the show
its the first Epsiode that deals with Death in the Show and it just shows how Amazing they handle it every Time
They make Jokes about death since its a Comedy but they never treat death as a Joke the scene wehre he is of for 2 hours already and sits there all night parred with the Music is just amazing and makes 1 cry a bit

never knew she dies in real life. RIP she was a great actress
Michael DeMilia she also dies from the same cancer as her character. Kind of an unfortunately....
I see this clip or the full episode every few years or so and everytime I tear up. Including this time.
definitely not the saddest moment in scrubs as there is at least the positive outcome that it helped them grow as doctors. the saddest moments for me personally were where dr cox's brother in law ben dies tied with the episode where dr cox gives up after 3 of his patients die from rabies. those really tug at the heart strings.

For me it’s the George episode. That episode gave me chills and not wanting to die alone.
Same, like I think this was the 3 main characters first deaths on their hand and the writers did it so well

everytime i see that, or some other sad moments of Scrubs i ... i just cry :´(
I finally binged this show for the first time in 2020. When I got to this part, I was thinking "Wait! We are going to get serious and sad parts in this show?! Great! I wanted to watch a comedy, and this show is going to make me laugh, while gut punching me with sadness! Great, fan-fuckingtastic!"
@nazzy19fan VERY debatable. Scrubs has a LOT of sad moments. I personally think that "My Lunch" and "My Screw-Up" were the saddest.
@eoindotcom u obviously didn't look at the title. It says sad moments, not saddest.
