Did your luggage get damaged while on your trip abroad? In this video, I'll show you how I took action and complained to Ethiopian Airlines about the damaged bag!
I was really disappointed with the lack of support I received from the airline. My luggage was damaged while in transit, and I wanted to do something about it. In this video, I'll show you how I successfully complained to the airline and got my damaged bag fixed. I believe that if you have a problem with an airline, you should take action and speak to them about it!

My wife also had damaged bag during the travel days of November 7- 8/2023. So many passengers are complaining on this issue. Please, the management, take serious action on this matter. Loosing boarding customers means- " Loosing the famous name of Ethiopian Airlines ", our symbol of unity
