Flew business class with them last month. BKK-ADD-EWR. The absolutely most disgusting filthy aircraft I have ever flown in. Both of them. No excuse for it. Flight attendants were pleasant, but you could tell they were completely embarrassed with their aircraft. Never again.

With the baggage, the airline needs serious improvement. Don't worry, I work there. I will pass the complaint my self. Because I've seen it with my own eyes.

Massive airport in Addis Ababa, Ethiopian Airlines is one of my FAVOURITE AIRLINES, love flying Ethiopian, infact i only fly Ethiopian throughout my African trips, Never had problems. My experience with Ethiopian has always been fantastic. Hope your issues get sorted out. All the best!
