@Chipshopwrapper I think the Don is a friend of theirs that they grew up with, and if I'm not mistaken, the guy in the video is really him. I think in an interview someone said Skag Trendy was just a character they came up with based on people they knew. Hope that helps.

What does don mean, I’m from Aberdeen and don usually means someone from there but they’re from Dundee and I don’t think the context makes sense for it being someone from Aberdeen. Anyone know what it means in this song?

i met Marco Barresi in Dundee at one of The View's gigs. Legend of a man. The View are top and im proud to be Scottish.
