From the perspective of someone who manufactures your AR style rifles, I know two things...
1. Most folks won't run their kit enough or train to a level where they will know the difference between quality and "well, it works."
2. For those that do train enough, quality matters. And it's not always about good material vs lesser material. But it's always about tolerances, specs, engineering and 1,000ths of an inch. Many times, your expensive rifles are made from the same stock of material as the budget guns. But the tolerance and scrutiny are insanely tight.
If you do buy a BCA or any budget rifle, you are wise to run 1,500 rounds through it. If you don't, then you're just hoping it'll work. Expensive rifles need the 1,500 too, fwiw. But it's more important with budget guns.
Nothing I just said should offend anyone, and that is all I'm gonna say.
Safe shooting, y'all.
Good points! I think 1500 rounds is a good start to get an idea of what you have your hands on.
@@robertsbushcraft Absolutely. The firearm self-machines itself and any parts that are not reliable tend to become obvious during the process of firing
What happens to the "stock" or "buttstock" of that gun? This system buries itself between the clavicle and the shoulder connection and, with long-lasting shots, will cause pain, a lot of pain. The normal system works much better. Consider that...
You would think that it would hurt, but this doesn't. I wouldn't even consider it uncomfortable. There are options available to pad the buffer tube. At this point, I am still unclear on whether the braces are legal.
@@robertsbushcraftPistol braces are 100% legal. The ATF rule was overturned.
