    夏天當然要吃超清爽的甜點啦~滿滿水果搭配柔軟斑斕蛋糕胚,濃鬱的椰子奶油,軟糯拉絲的麻薯,,每一口都是冰冰涼涼的~夏天坐在空調房吃蛋糕,真的太爽啦~
    🍵抹茶麻薯:(可換成斑斕味)
    糯米粉80g | 玉米澱粉20g | 鮮奶170g | 細砂糖18g | 奶油10g | 抹茶粉4g
    🎂斑斕蛋糕卷:(可換成抹茶口味)
    雞蛋5個(總量320g左右) | 低筋麵粉55g | 斑斕粉15g | 玉米油40g | 牛奶50g | 細砂糖55g | 檸檬汁適量🥣乳酪奶蓋:
    奶油乳酪25g | 牛奶30g | 鮮奶油100g | 細砂糖15g
    🥥椰子香緹奶油:
    椰子粉20g | 細砂糖20g | 鮮奶油250g
    ⏱️烤箱中層,上火160度下火145度烘烤30分鐘
