Cantillon Effect. If the Yen Carry Trade and/or Leveraged Short Vol trade do blow up, sizable banks and hedge funds will need bailouts. The sheer size of the trades and the leverage used for them are that large!
@@WallStForMainSt fortunately wallstreet has fooled a lot of retailers to short the market and they will keep squeezing them out until new ATHs in my opinion (on everything). I do love gold tho, even at these prices.

Even the goldbugs laughed at me a year ago when I was selling all my gold stocks and rolling the proceeds into U.S. Gold Eagles with the high premiums...
I've stopped buying gold and continue to buy U.S. Silver Eagles. I continue to buy estate sale silver jewelry and estate sale silver U.S. dimes and quarters....
Physical silver continues to be the best and safest buy in the world - in my opinion.
I've been buying gold and silver for decades and I've never sold. And right now I feel like Johnny Depp playing a pirate.
Even many of the gold bugs only have 10% of their assets in the physical. I have way more than that.... Gold, silver, art, wine, whisky, jewelry, old muscle cars and trucks and guns. Lots of guns. That's my portfolio. Absolutely nothing with counterparty risk; nothing that isn't tangible; nothing in a big city where the SHTF....
@RealNewsChannel retail investors in the US and other Western countries are actually net sellers of physical gold and silver for cash to pay bills. A Mark is the largest publicly traded company for wholesale and retail Bullion dealers and their sales in North America are down significantly the last few quarters. The net increases in demand are from Asian retail investors since October 2023.
@WallStForMainSt Last year when Marty Armstrong bought a small fortune in gold told me everything I needed to know. Just like Warren Buffet massively scaling out of major stock holdings and going into short-term debt paying 5% interest.
There are certain individuals I watch for confirmation of what I want to do... Marty is one of them.
