China . no electrical plug is weatherpack good luck . got my icon . from the hurricane in florida stripped every electrical part off of it and used a donor yamaha g9 rear axle cut the rear swing arm bracket and disc brake brackets calipers hoses exctra . welded them onto the g9 rear end . tossed on 2 inch rear sheel spacers turned lower shock mounts 90 degrees and made rear panhard bracket now its a gas icon does 24 miles a hour with decent rpm no governor
