NSR Corvette C8.R Le Mans #64 unboxing

The excitement was building around this one for days, as soon as I got the shipment notice from Slot Car Corner (Thanks Steve!). Let's get an out of the box look at this beautiful C8.R model, and hey why not...I'll pull the trigger for a few laps!!

You uare going to like that car.. NSR has a good one here. Grub screws are for the chassis. NSR shipped mine with grubs both too and bottom already installed for front axle..

I'm looking forward to it Marty. Same here too...grub screws were in, both top and bottom, but extras never hurt 😁

@@hobbitracing if you look at the chassis and the body, those grub screws can go up through the chassis and control body float..

Ah, that's right. I had forgotten about that. Smaller spots in theory to rest against. Great point.

Given that NSR cars are first and foremost race cars, they won't be exact true scale replicas of the real cars, but certainly pass muster when viewed by a casual observer.
