i am one of the owner who bought a house in shark island and my Experience with Marvin is really good. he is involved and keeps me informed when my house is ready and if there is a delay he keeps us informed and regularly sends photos and videos of what has been done in my house. I'll get my keys next month and can't wait to decorate it. in short, a hardworking man who wants to see Africa at its best.

@@ronwashington1226 i got a discount because 3 of my family also bought in shark island. I could not pay everything at once, but it still ensured that I could repay it in installments without interest. @@ronwashington1226 btw why is the future. why would you want to pay more. this island has developed rapidly. 2 years ago there were few houses and now there are more and many facilities are being added, making it even more expensive. @rafaelw8115 you are under everybody's comment spreading this delusional uneducated crap. Black Americans or any black group outside of africans are GENETICALLY diverse people that have more than just african ancestors and cultures. Literally brand new groups of mixed blood humans. Telling someone to identify as something they are not is just weird. If they choose to embrace their African side let them but that is not who they are completely.

Marvin also helped me tour around the Island showing us prominent people who got their properties around the area. This project is definitely going to competitive in terms of infrastructure and amenities (entertainment, healthcare , coffee and shopping facilities) to make living there a luxury. Big ups Marvin👏 and yes he doesn’t play with his work. Accountability is top notch👌.

As a Ghanaian, we go through the same issues when it comes to land purchasing. You ve to be strong and vigilant. Hire a lawyer, do research on who actually owns the land before thinking of purchasing. And never pay the whole amount upfront until all the paperwork is done. Besides that, ghana is very peaceful and safe. Land issues have always been the problem because of corruption and scamming. The government is working on it but it will take some time. Also, make sure to apply for a ghana i.d card before buying any land so it goes into the system

I VERY MUCH ENJOYED THIS INTERVIEW & IN-DEPTH "REAL-TALK".. I'VE SEEN THIS BROTHER BRIEFLY BEFORE WHEN HE WAS INTRO-ING HIS SPEED BOATS & HOUSING DVLPMT. A VERY DOWN TO EARTH ENCOURAGEMENT. I PRAY MORE OF OUR BRETHREN DISCOVER THEIR TRUE POTENTIAL.. THEY WELL RARELY FIND IT IN THE LANDS OF OUR CAPTIVITY.. BUT IN THE MOTHERLAND THERE IS MORE ROOM TO BREATHE & EXPLORE. PEACE & BLESSINGS FOR YOUR CHANNEL. SHALOMM Sis Margo-KansasCity

Shout out the damn US Marines! Similar story I had 3 warrants for my arrest in Detroit, Michigan. Ran into the recruiting office, told recruiter my story I was on the run. He hide me inside his RV in his back yard for 3 weeks until I left for boot camp! At graduation 2 detectives showed up, talked to my Drill Instructors and then made me pay a fine that took damn near all my boot camp savings, but NO jail time . Semper Fi the Marines saved and changed my life!
This was 2007 in the middle of Irag War, I doubt it would work these days........
