When working in the food industry, we would spray our sheet pan with spray oil then lay a sheet of parchment paper on top. Sheet lays flat without curling.
I just began watching you....some really yummy looking dishes...I have a hint that has been helpful to me...when chopping veggies, etc. ...to transfer them to skillet or bowl...buy yourself a bench scraper. You can not only use it to cut up small dices..but you can load it up and transport your onions, celery, etc into your pot or mixing bowl. Seems like a simple thing....but it is a live changer!!!!
Wow another fantastic video my friend! You teach me more and more with every video you post! I also make cooking videos and I love being able to learn from talented creators like you! Thank you for sharing your skills with us
The "SLOPPY JOE CRESCENT ROLLS" looked so tasty I wanted to make them right away...I had leftover delicious homemade chili but not enough for 4 adults...so I heated & drained the chili then used that instead of the SL mix. My husband and I put shredded cheddar cheese in the bottom of the crescent bowls first, next chili, shredded cheddar cheese & topped that with a slice jalapeno. We followed your technique for closing, sprinkled some homemade chili seasoning on top and baked as you recommended. My hubby tested the first 8 and gave it 2 thumbs up and a big smile...so we added a 3rd pkg of crescent rolls to the plan. They baked perfectly! I put 3 on a plate with sour cream and a fresh romaine salad. WoW!! My family LOVED them! After dinner my son-in-law asked if he could take some to work the next day...the ultimate compliment! I froze the other "Chili Bombs" for him to take another day. THANK YOU MANDY... Next time my hubby and I want to do MEXICAN Bombs ;-) AND my SiL asked if we could do ham, scrambled egg & cheese for a breakfast bomb...the possibilities are endless!
These will be so fun to make with my grandkids. They like cooking a lot better when it’s something they look forward to. And what’s better than a snacky lunch
I just want to say how much I appreciate you respecting Cole's boundaries about being on camera. I know it may seem like a minor thing to many, but it's admirable.
Thanks so much for sharing these recipes. Now that it's just me and hubby, I can try smaller portions of each of these recipes. Your family is beautiful. Enjoy your kids while they are home. Before you know it, they are grown & on their own. I miss those times
Aint that the truth. you think you're going to go on with life!!? then wonder, what its all for?! what was that?! Miss them at times you don't even know..
I’ve got one container of crescent rolls in the fridge. My sons are craving something sweet. Chocolate peanut butter croissants here I come. Thank you my dear!
Congrats for hitting 151k subs. Your channel is one of the best. I tell family and friend to go on UA-cam and look up Mandy in the making and check out all the recipes she makes and shares. I have used so many and love them all
Hello, I am Karin from the Netherlands. I just got a slow cooker. Love your channel. Hope that you make lots off slow motion things. We have different things here but I will do my best to make your foods. A big miauw from my 2 cats to tour cat. My cats love PARDANO the very old cheese from italy. Greetings from me.
King Arthur pre-measured parchment paper is exactly the size of a half sheet pan and it comes out of the container completely flat you just lay it down. It's worth it to me because my hands and things like foil boxes and parchment paper boxes do not get along! There are a ton of sheets in each pack as well.
I loved Cresent rolls! Can't eat them now. I began making homemade hot pockets to use up Thanksgiving leftovers. I mixed cheese, chopped turkey, green bean cassarole. Then I separated the rolls along the thicker lines, pinching the roll seams shut. I placed filling on 1/2 of each sheet folded over and baked. Makes 4 pockets My kids loved them! You can also add pizza makings, breakfast rolls with eggs cheese and sausage or bacon, lunch meat and cheese or whatever you wish. Brush top with garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese if you wish.
We get a kick out of Steven's face when he tries the food. Like, he's either genuinely surprised that he likes it, or he's just a foodie 😂 we love your channel!
Im a Carolina girl, living on Prince Edward Island, in Canada, and your recipes and your accent brings SC into my home. I made the White sauce chicken enchillada last night and hubby and I loved it!
Amazing as always Mandy!!! I just had 10 ideas pop up in my head on what to do with these!!! I don't think anyone in the family would mind ANY of these 💖
I agree with you that Creations not only smells better…but is laid out better. We had a group of 7 there the week between Christmas and NY and it was easy to see everyone in the shop. Love your videos!
Mandy your Son is adorable!!! such personality just love your family...thanks for bringing your delightful recipes and family!!! God's Blessings Mandy in the making 🙏
Beautiful ideas with Cresent rolls. Marinara sauce to go with those cheese and garlic rolls. Yum. Thanks for sharing Mandy. I enjoy all of your videos. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦 😊
Ok... Mandy I made the crescent rolls with cheese today with help from my 4 and 6 year old granddaughters. All I can say is WOW we loved them. They are amazing! Thanks for sharing.
Made the "Sloppy Joe" crescent bombs tonight for dinner. They were a real hit here at our house! Will be adding these to our rotation. Excited to try the other recipes too (but I need more crescent rolls). Love your videos We love seeing Grace she is very cute!
NOT SOON ENOUGH!!! I am fairly certain Food Network has interns assigned to watch the cooking channels on UA-cam. Hint hint hint hint hint We want a Mandy In The Making show!!!!!
Also...I love your clean, organized kitchen. What a change from some of the cooks on utube. Also like the interaction with your family! God bless you all!
I have just started watching you and love your simple recipes and your family too! Don’t get how they and you stay so trim! Haha. I’m doing weight watchers and I just modify meals to my points system. Love watching you Mandy. I’m in NY and love your accent as well 😀
With those teeth filled crescent rolls I'm almost tempted to give you my centuries old marinara sauce recipe! My mother passed away without ever knowing that recipe but she was sort of that's okay I don't need to know you can make it for me. I will at some point have to leave it to somebody because I have no family to leave it too and I may have a close friend for the down the line in my life. :-)
Hey Mandy, I made the bbq meatloaf, and it is so delicious. I really enjoyed watching you and your husband. He is a delight to watch and when he loves all your meals . You and your family are a blessing to me. I would die if my husband reacted to a meal. I can ask him if it’s good. He will say it’s okay momma. Haha. Thanks for your wonderful recipes, and tell your husband to never change. God bless.
Hi Mandy ! The crescent roll recipes sound so good! I will definitely try them all. I recently Made the chipotle meatloaf, ,, m tortellini chicken sausage dish. Insta-pot Bruschetta chicken . All were very delicious and 4 👍up. Tonight I’m makjng the broccoli, rice cauliflower chicken casserole. Can’t wait to try it. Keep putting up the delicious recipes. I’ll be looking forward to new ideas ! God bless you and your family!
Just wanted to say that I made the Hamburger GOO receipe from one of your recent videos. We are not fans of green peppers BUT sooooo good. I think it would be good in this too. I also put some hash browns in the left overs with taco seasoning and made tacos.... Love you and really enjoy your channel and family!
I used a spoonful of Nutella and a spoon of peanut butter in mine. Then into the airfryer. ALSO for a savory type...I got some nice microwavable frozen meat balls...heated them up then rolled 2 each into the crescents with a chunk of the mozzarella string cheese...pop into the airfryer.
All three recipes looks really delicious. My favorite is the manwich croissant. I agree, That would be good for lunch. I'm going to give it a try. Have a wonderful day
Yes! LOVE crescents! Thank you! Also, maybe a vid about recipe using the canned sweet cornbread biscuits..? I started buying them years ago when they 1st came out and we love them if we’re eating beans, chili, stew etc especially in the instapot or crock pot and I don’t feel like making cornbread. I always thought they’d be a good base for mini strawberry shortcakes or even quick hush puppies but never looked at any recipes..lol
Great recipes, we can get crescent rolls here in Scotland so I've made your 2nd recipe already with a slight difference. We used grated cheddar cheese and bacon, they're delish. Thanks Mandy xxx
I watched your video with my son, so tomorrow I’m making the chocolate peanut butter for my son and the garlic butter for me, Thank you Mandy🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Mixed 1/4 cup peanut butter (no sugar added brand) with 1/4 cup Nutella. Spread that on each triangle. Salty & sweet -- yummy. Uptown version: you can do an egg wash on the outside of the rolled up triangle then sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Or, use milk chocolate morsels instead of semi-sweet.
I have a big box of these from Sams that needs to be used pretty soon and was thinking how awesome it would be for a video like this to come along. Perfect timing.
Wow Mandy thanks for those recipes I never thought of doing that with Crescent Dough !! Amazing they all look delicious Wow ! will be trying them sometime soon .. Thanks for sharing :)
Perfect timing! I just scored organic crescent rolls at the store 2/$1! I recently bought a can of sloppy joe sauce. That was random as I haven't purchased or eaten that in 20+ years!
I just got the inspiration to put cooked apples inside the crescent rolls like you did the desert recipe. But drizzle powdered sugar and cream over them,
When working in the food industry, we would spray our sheet pan with spray oil then lay a sheet of parchment paper on top. Sheet lays flat without curling.
On the first one, you can add browned breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs and cheese and have a quick breakfast treat.
Great idea!

I live that you don't waste my time with all the prep, as in chopping all the onion etc you get to showing how to do it

Aw, I'm glad I'm able to bring some Carolina to your home in Canada!! Thank you for watching and I am so glad to hear y'all liked that recipe!
I would definitely make those crescents with the cheese and a nice big pot of spaghetti and meatballs…..yummy
I think I would serve the cheesy rolls with a side of marinara for dipping! :)
That’s a great idea

Yum, yum, yum! Just to gild the lily, I might dip those cheesy crescents in a little warm pizza sauce. 😊
Instead of manwich, I can't have any peppers, I use beef vegetable soup. Love your recipes, Mandy
I just love the new picture of you & Steven in the kitchen. It's so perfect for your channel, warm & welcoming like you.
Great ones Mandy. The cheese garlic roles got my attention fast
I agree with you that Creations not only smells better…but is laid out better. We had a group of 7 there the week between Christmas and NY and it was easy to see everyone in the shop. Love your videos!

I learned to get my parchment paper wet while crumpling it up and then it lays out perfectly AND works great for round pans! :)
Seriously, when is Food Network or the Cooking Channel giving you a show?! You're my absolute favorite home cook.
NOT SOON ENOUGH!!! I am fairly certain Food Network has interns assigned to watch the cooking channels on UA-cam. Hint hint hint hint hint

Crumble up the parchment paper so it doesn't curl up??? That is so smart!! Thank you for sharing!
I made your recipe with zucchini, onion and taco seasoning as a side dish for Christmas dinner. It was a hit! Thank you!
They make a great pie crust for small chicken pot pies. Can of cream of mushroom soup, canned peas and carrot mix, some chicken, and cresent rolls.
With those teeth filled crescent rolls I'm almost tempted to give you my centuries old marinara sauce recipe! My mother passed away without ever knowing that recipe but she was sort of that's okay I don't need to know you can make it for me.
