I used to make those style of biscuit donuts using a 2 liter bottle cap but decided that I preferred the donut holes better. Now I just cut the donuts into pieces like you did for the blueberry bake. So delicious!!
I gave this video a thumbs down because I do not want to watch a commercial in the middle of the video. Is that’s the case I’ll just watch TV. I know you get free products for doing that, but I watch your videos to learn something, not earn you free merchandise. Sorry.
My son just sent me a text from school asking me if I’d checked out your new video because he got an alert on his tablet telling him you’d uploaded a new one and he needs to know what’s for dinner based off of your video. ❤He’s 11. 😂
Oh goodness they looks so delicious and easy to make 😁thank you so much for all you do(can't wait to give these a try) truly appreciate you so much ,hello Gracie Lou😻😺😸😼😽🐈🐅🧀🧀🧀 God bless you always😍👍🙏💛
Great recipes, I can't wait to try them! Loving the little 11 year old boy texting his Mom because "his alert" for your channel went off at school...priceless!!! 🌼
Here’s a helpful tip from someone who worked in a bakery. Try whisking the cream cheese and powdered sugar first and slowing pour in the milk a little at a time. It will make it smoother. Adding the milk from the beginning will cause the cream cheese to stay lumpy. Looks delicious and I can’t wait to try it but since I don’t like blueberries I’ll be changing up the fruit!!
Use the whipped cream cheese, or if you like the block, whisk the cream cheese first, then add the milk, whisk again and then add the powder sugar and whisk till creamy. That makes a world of difference doing it that way. Love you channel, I watch it all the time
I’m sooo glad I found your channel. You have the best recipes and they are easy to make. Plus I enjoy your interaction with your family. Thank you, I’m looking forward to cooking again.
I made your mini-calzones for lunch today. So simple and so good! I just love your videos and get a kick out of your out-takes. Thank you all for being real. 👏👏👏
Love the recipes - I'd take a little melted butter with some Italian seasonings in it and brush the inside of your mini calzones, before putting your cheese and meat in, it will add a little more flavor. Those with a small side salad and you definitely have a satisfying meal. And just cuz I have an awful sweet tooth, I'd put a wee bit of whipped cream on that blue berry cobler when you servie it. Making my mouth water yet again, with another great video! :)
I'm definitely doing some of these. I do a dessert one, it's Chocolate biscuits. You roll out the biscuits like the one's here, then put in as many chocolate chips or pieces of candy bar and close up like the calzones. As the biscuits bake the chocolate melts and becomes creamy. They are so good if you like chocolate.
I tried these using my own biscuit recipe..they are pretty darn good! 😅 ..thanks Mandy! 2 cups self-rising flour 1/4 c butter 8 oz sour cream Pinch baking soda Knead dough w flour a few minutes, cut out to your fav biscuit size or doughnut/hole
I started making these dinner biscuits years ago only we call them “uglies”. They are a great way to use up leftovers! Anything topped with cheese is a winner in my house!
Looks really good, I think I might add a little freshly squeezed lemon and lemon peel for another added layer, but even without lemon it looks like a really easy recipe for family breakfast or brunch!
Your donuts look delicious. My mom always made donuts out of canned biscuit dough but she fried them. Great video Mandy hope y’all’s week is going good 🤗
Made the blueberry bake, loved it. I have a gas stove, had to cook it 40 minutes I used an 8 x8 glass brownie dish. It was cooked on the outside but towards the middle was still doughy, I was puzzled but it was delish!! Will make again, thank you Mandy
Just made this today for a breakfast event at our senior rv park. Had never actually baked in my rv park. It went fast even though I got there late. Was asked for recipe and referred them to you. Thanks for another wonderful winner!
Mandy, I’m thinking adding a tablespoon or two of fresh squeezed lemon juice in the cream cheese and some lemon zest. I love blueberries and lemon together. I’m really enjoying your channel. I love how you have your family taste it in the end.
I make breakfast pizzas, roll out biscuit dough, bake about 10 minutes, pull from oven, top with a laddle of country gravy, a spoonful of breakfast meat of choice, cheese, veggies (onions or bell peppers maybe cook these with meat) eggs cooked as desired, and cheese. Add back to oven to finish baking and allow toppings to melt/warm.
Excited, just made the subbie breakfast casserole with biscuits for dinner last night. It was perfect for an easy dinner that wasn’t too heavy feeling.
Let me give you my 2 cents...the cream cheese may not have been room temperature and I would have used the paddle instead of the wire whip because you were not increasing the volume. Hope that helps!!
I heat my cream cheese in microwave for 10 seconds. I once made a cheesecake That looked like cottage cheese after I baked it because the cream cheese wasn’t warm enough. 😂😂😂
As a retired preschool teacher we would make biscuit donuts when teaching the letter D. We used regular biscuits. The holes were made by the students sticking their finger in and making the hole. Teachers would fry the doughnuts and the student would stand around when their doughnut was frying. After they came out would drain and they had the choice of sugar or cinnamon sugar. In lunch bags two each they shook their donut in and then placed on a paper plate with name. During their snack time they ate them. Really they inhaled it.
Good morning Mandy, I just want to say that I love your videos. I have tried several of the recipes you have shared and we have loved them all. I also wanted to say that you look beautiful with or without makeup. You are truly a natural beauty. Thanks again for sharing such wonderful things. Karen
I bought a tin of different size biscuit cutters on Amazon and they are metal and would work good for cutting middle out of donuts. Thank you for videos! Great camping recipes!
Love your presentation and you are clear in your instructions. The added bonus is having your husband as the taste tester/critic. It is fun to see his reaction and hear his opinion. Gotta know though.....hsve you ever gotten a thumbs down from him? Inquiring minds would like to know. LOL It is also a bonus to have you present recipes anyone can do. Fast, simple, and delish. Kudo's to you
Mandy no joke you are my favorite youtuber! I appreciate all the time and energy you put into the videos. I make at least one meal a week from you. Hope you are having a good week :)
The "calzone" needs a bit of sauce inside too, cuts the dryness. I like to also slather on some melted butter with garlic, Italian seasonings and red pepper flakes when they come out of the oven. A sprinkle of parmesan never hurts either!! Lol Yummy!!
Mandy, blueberry biscuits looks delightful, I was wondering if you squeezed half a lemon over the blueberries with the sugar. I think I will use Splenda instead of sugar. Way to go girl. Awesome
I will be making that blueberry one this weekend! It looked so good. I’ve made similar to the cheeseburger cups with leftover bbq pulled pork/chicken and cheese. SO GOOD
Mandy as soon as I watched your blueberry breakfast bake, I made it and my whole family Loved It💙💙💙It’s soo easy to make! I like all the biscuits recipes you show, Thanks😋😋😋😋😋😋
Another video watched. I use the dough at Walmart by the deli in a bag and make calzones with you got to try garlic butter and Parm on top. Make sure to cut that dough down because it will make a huge calzones if you roll it out. I always flower my counter down when I roll it out.. hope y'all are having a blessed day
I made the stromboli for dinner last week and it was a total hit! It's definitely going into our dinner rotation. I read all the comments and tips on rolling out that dough, so helpful and it actually went pretty smooth!!! I'll have to try these little calzones too!
Biscuit mini pizzas are amazing!! Roll out your Biscuits, top with Marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, pepperoni, cheese, more Italian seasoning, bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes, they are delicious!!! Biscuits make amazing pizza dough!!!
Loved all 4. Definitely will give all a try. I have done the donuts for years... I love the donut holes but never in the air fryer. I think I'll give the hamburger cup today. But ready to give the all a try. Thanks for all your great videos. I get so much inspiration and some your videos give me a smile!
When I make stromboli I use a thawed Rhodes Bread Loaf, ( they come 3 in a bag) let it thaw in the fridge overnight, & roll it out. I spread pizza sauce on the dough and then add ingredients. You could do the same in the mini calzones if you wanted to. Just don't use too much or the dough mayl be a little soggy. Just a tip or two.
Mandy I use an old Dubb's lid for my doughnut holes. lol Look forward to trying all your recipes thank you so much for sharing your recipes always with us.
I would have brushed the butter and then cover them in the cinnamon sugar first then putting them to bake in the air fryer, bet they would have absorbed all the flavors better. I'll try ur recipes! 🤓
No need for makeup, natural beauty.
And Steven is so handsome.
You make a great couple.
And I love the recipes, so simple.
Yes!!!
Olive is your color! You look fabulous in dark olive green!
I used to make those style of biscuit donuts using a 2 liter bottle cap but decided that I preferred the donut holes better. Now I just cut the donuts into pieces like you did for the blueberry bake. So delicious!!
Quick finger foods always a winner for any kind of football games and since they're so fast and easy why not have more than one yah !
Mandy, you're a natural beauty, don't feel bad for not having any makeup on, you're always beautiful, and great video also, thanks for sharing!
I had the same thought. One very beautiful lady, no make up needed.
I gave this video a thumbs down because I do not want to watch a commercial in the middle of the video. Is that’s the case I’ll just watch TV. I know you get free products for doing that, but I watch your videos to learn something, not earn you free merchandise. Sorry.
I agree! She's so lucky she looks so good without makeup!
@@debboyea9567 she's definitely looks better with her hair down not tied up
@@penny2905 I gave your comment a thumbs down because you're rude.
My son just sent me a text from school asking me if I’d checked out your new video because he got an alert on his tablet telling him you’d uploaded a new one and he needs to know what’s for dinner based off of your video. ❤He’s 11. 😂

I made your mini-calzones for lunch today. So simple and so good! I just love your videos and get a kick out of your out-takes. Thank you all for being real. 👏👏👏
Thank you! I take the squeeze part off the turkey baster and use the plastic tube part to make holes for donut biscuit. It works great! 🤗
I used a soda bottle cap. Just sharp enough to cut through easily
The blueberry breakfast casserole looks amazing. I think I would mix the blueberries in with the biscuits a bit, like I do with bread pudding.
Would love a blueberry bread pudding or any flavor. I can't seem to find a recipe.
I was thinking that would be good with raspberries or strawberries or both!
My son & his wife gifted me a Nixplay frame recently after giving me my first grandson in August. I, too, love watching while in the kitchen.😘
Love the recipes - I'd take a little melted butter with some Italian seasonings in it and brush the inside of your mini calzones, before putting your cheese and meat in, it will add a little more flavor. If ever UA-cam starts an award show for side kicks; Steven wins for best commentator and food critic. 💯🤣
Love y’all and GB
I love the way, Stephen explains all the taste and the flavors inside a recipe or dessert

Those Mini Calzones look Amazing! I will have to try that! Thanks Mandy and love you all.❤️
I tried these using my own biscuit recipe..they are pretty darn good! 😅 ..thanks Mandy!
2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 c butter
8 oz sour cream
Pinch baking soda
Knead dough w flour a few minutes, cut out to your fav biscuit size or doughnut/hole
I started making these dinner biscuits years ago only we call them “uglies”. They are a great way to use up leftovers! Anything topped with cheese is a winner in my house!

I love those air fryer donuts! I’ve made them several times and they are always a hit
Just made this today for a breakfast event at our senior rv park. Had never actually baked in my rv park. It went fast even though I got there late. Was asked for recipe and referred them to you. Thanks for another wonderful winner!

What can I say, yum yum yum. I love making things with biscuits and Cresent rolls. Love to all. Stay healthy and safe.
Great idea for mother's day/Father's day!!
Excited, just made the subbie breakfast casserole with biscuits for dinner last night. It was perfect for an easy dinner that wasn’t too heavy feeling.
You could put anything you want in there! Wooooo!!
The Blueberry Biscuit Bake would be good using common rolls too!
Sometimes if you use the “whipped” cream cheese instead of the block, it blends a lot smoother. 😊
Thanks for the tip!
Let me give you my 2 cents...the cream cheese may not have been room temperature and I would have used the paddle instead of the wire whip because you were not increasing the volume. Hope that helps!!
I heat my cream cheese in
microwave for 10 seconds.
I once made a cheesecake
That looked like cottage
cheese after I baked it
because the cream cheese
wasn’t warm enough.
😂😂😂
The whipped cream cheese is so expensive four times as much as the block
Made the blueberry breakfast bake today for Mother’s Day brunch and it was delicious!
Mandy I use a soda bottle lid to cut out donut holes. Press down hard and turn back and forth. Great video
My grandma used to make something very similar. She also drizzled it with a glaze. YUMMO
oh mannn, some lemon juice and zest would be so good in with that cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture before mixing the biscuits into it 🤤🤤🤤
I was thinking the very same thing. The lemon juice and zest would take it over the top.
Blueberries and lemon are so delicious together!
Oh Yes, blueberries and lemon is a classic combo….great idea!
They all look delicious that blueberry casserole yum
I love these biscuit recipes! I have been making the biscuit donuts forever but I have always fried them. ☺️ I will have to try it this way!
I saw a video a week ago and it was a biscuit recipe. Frist thing to my mind was I bet Mandy would Doctor it up and make it better. Love your videos.
The mini calzones would be good with butter, garlic & parmesan cheese mixture brushed on top. Love your videos!
The blueberry recipe looks super delicious 😋. Can't wait to try it.

Mandy you have great ideas with these biscuits they look delicious
My son loves my pot pie made with rolled thin biscuits as the crust of the pot pie!
The "calzone" needs a bit of sauce inside too, cuts the dryness. I like to also slather on some melted butter with garlic, Italian seasonings and red pepper flakes when they come out of the oven. A sprinkle of parmesan never hurts either!! Lol Yummy!!

I will be making that blueberry one this weekend! It looked so good.
I’ve made similar to the cheeseburger cups with leftover bbq pulled pork/chicken and cheese. SO GOOD
My dad always used the lid of a soda bottle (cleaned really well.....of course) to cut out the center of a doughnut.
All look delicious!
What a sweet kitty!!
A spice lid works good & perfect size for a donut hole.
Good tip!!!
Made the blueberry one tonight. Delicious.
Mandy as soon as I watched your blueberry breakfast bake, I made it and my whole family Loved It💙💙💙It’s soo easy to make! I like all the biscuits recipes you show, Thanks😋😋😋😋😋😋
That frame is awesome! You could screen shot a recipe and have that up there while cooking! No cook books or phones!
You should add the Mr Stick garlic and herb to your butter for the outside of the calzones
Thank you for all the recipes of biscuits that you put on your video you gave me some good ideas thank you so much and God bless you and your husband
These recipes look amazing. Like to here Stephen say "yum".finger foods are the best. I have to try calzone. They look beautiful.
BlessingsMandy! I like to make pull apart bread with biscuits. You put them in a bunt pan.they are excellent. I’m going to try all of these recipes.

I use a stainless cake decorating tip, for cutting the holes out, works great👍🏻
I would have brushed the butter and then cover them in the cinnamon sugar first then putting them to bake in the air fryer, bet they would have absorbed all the flavors better. I'll try ur recipes! 🤓
I want to try this one but I’m going to use my seedless blackberry jelly use a stick and stir it into the mixture.
