Yes, at times I have different things I promote like an invitation to a strategy link or a free resource, etc. You can have different versions and can easily select the email signature you want.

Do you know how to fix the issue of Google saying the signature is too long? This worked perfectly for my Outlook acct but I'm running into issues with Google.
Hi, I have never seen this issue, but, I can suggest a few things to try: resize your image to be smaller (when you save them, select to compress them to a smaller size), resize the overall graphics/photos. Also try setting up a shorter signature to test with to see if you only used text, and a link would you still get this error message?; Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
@@TheBookkeepingShop Thanks for responding so quickly! You know, I tried a couple of things; resizing the images, eliminating the hyperlinks from the signature and adding them back in separately. I started running into a new error where it wouldn't let me attach the link to my socials directly to the images; it was adding the physical link NEXT to the image. Let's just say I had a long night trying to troubleshoot last night. haha I'm not sure what ultimately worked in the end but I saved the image the way you described here, and added the social icons/hyperlinks just underneath and that worked after I walked away and came back about an hour later haha. 😅
