If this is your first video watching on darts fair enough you’ll know not to view now! But if it ain’t your first then you should know not to view them! And I know that the top comment does come up sometimes when you click on a video depending how you watching it, cause i remember I cover the comment part of the screen till I click on the full video! So hopefully you just can remember so it helps spoilers haha

Quite incredible. From looking like he'd forgotten how to throw a dart in the first set, to then completely dominating Gerwyn Price of all people... what a performance from Luke. I'm certain that won't be his last major title.

Price was pretty bitter inside in my opinion, he couldnt even hold back that in his mind he was the better player throughout the match, Luke was just better in the right moments. I was rooting for Price, but for the most part of the Match Luke was CLEARLY the better player.
Last weeks were an indicator what was coming from Luke. I think hes a Top 2 Player at the Moment.

he is whom he is, and he deserves taking his childish reactions with a pinch of salt.
I used to hate him first, you know the Grand Slam mess against Gary Anderson, but he's been playing against the audience for years now and I realised I actually support him the same way I wanted Ted Hankey to win.
I'd say MvG pumping the edge of the exclusion zone with his front foot during his opponent's throw is much more annoying than Gerwyn's antics.
Fair enough humphries… you showed you have the bottle to win it.4th in the world now, England is looking strong for the World Cup

This win by Humphries to me is on the same deservedness level as Daryl Gurney's World Grand Prix win back in 2017. Well deserved.
Unlike Daryl's win atleast Luke's won't be tainted by their acts on stage....Fair play to Humphries fully deserved!
Daryl behaved like an idiot at that game unfortunately, this makes his victory way less enjoyable imo, Luke did a great job with fair play
@@reverse_dns2043 it’s Ironic in the sense of if that said game with Gurney had been against Price and he did them acts I doubt it would have the same implications as it did when he did it with Simon as he is one the nicest guys on the circuit. Fully agree with you that win will always have a degree of annoyance from fans.

Luke’s throw should be studied. So smooth and effortless! And seems like he’s using a lot of fingers so he has full control of the dart.
not always the best because its a lot of fingers to get out the way on release.

It's super smooth, but as SuperChalkster says, it is tough to learn to perfect - Luke obviously figured it out though.
But of all players, if the first dart goes into a triple he wants, Luke (and maybe Smith) is the I believe will hit the 2nd/3rd in the same bed, the most!
So natural so smooth so good he will be world number 1 soon 🔜

Always knew Luke would be deadly when he gets his emotions right and doesn't get in his feelings, that's what his last 2 games showed and that was just beautiful to watch honestly. I am and will always be a fan of his performances.

Trust me, I was a huge hater of his for a long time when he was outright without class (like Ross Smith is now). He has come a long way and in the right direction which I applaud.
