Grand Prix format means that you should start with double. At 21:48 you can see dart sign and number 3 on the left from Rock name. It means Rock missed three darts on double in his first visit of the leg.

Partly agree, because they made him like 5th favorite for the World Championship while he didn't even perform on any major yet. He's still very good and has beaten a lot of big names in smaller tournaments! So it might take him a few years, but he will definitely be a world class player sometime!

I dont understand why they throw at a lower number when they can just win with a higher number For example: When they have 16 left, why do they aim for a double 8 instead of just aiming for the single 16 or higher?
You should show the first dart more often, that is special about this contest and will show the tension more.
