I’ve now been doing capsule wardrobe for the last 10 months or so - you are so right its so much easier to put together clothes, working out what is missing -so u can be on the look out for those glue items on sale. It’s also allowed me to be more put together at times that doesn’t call for it. For example like shopping, picking kids up from school- I’m getting more work out of my clothes and working out which brands can last better .

I want that sleeveless turtleneck in white, but they don’t have it in that hue. I love the look of a turtleneck under a blazer, but in our California autumn weather, it’s still to warm to wear one with long sleeves. I did get the short-sleeve white/cream version, which is, I think, silk with only 10% cashmere, that might work.
Hi Charlotte. I love your style and been following you for some time ❤ I have a question, I am allergic to wool, cashmere and angora. For autumn/ winter I always have hard time dressing up. Thr chunky jumpers etc done look good on my body shape and height. Any suggestions of brands that would make something beautiful with those needs? Love silk and cashmere but it’s the care I don’t like. I have to get it dry cleaned or hand wash. That just discourages me from getting them.

Considering tip nr 1, I know I should buy more basic coloured items I guess, but the thing is, having everything in basic colours just bores the shit out of me. Can’t help it. 😂 But I know it’s easier to mix and match things when you at least also have some basic items so I really try to stick more to those type of colours these days.

Hello Charlotte. I am new to your channel and it appears that you have that glow that comes with expecting a baby. My newest grandchild is named Charlotte Rose. I will be seeing her soon when I visit the family in NYC. Having a good posture can also elevate your look. I had my children in the late 80's and boy do I wish they had the beautiful clothing that you are wearing during your pregnancy. Your video was a good reminder that classic styles will last a lifetime. As I got older, I have become very sensitive to wearing perfumes. I wish I could. Looking forward to future videos. Lovely video, but just wondering if you have any beauty tips for fellow pregnant ladies? I am expecting baby number 3 and I never use hair dye, perfume, fake tan, nail polish and super careful about other products such as moisturiser during pregnancy due to the toxic components of these things and not wanting to expose baby. I also don’t use fake tan or perfume for the months/years that I am breast feeding. Xx

I love your videos , but I do feel the need to say that cashmere is one of the cruelest ways of extracting wool from the goat a very long and lengthy stressful process to the animals,Cashmere mainly comes from China and they do not have animal best practices ,just trying to change your mindset when buying cashmere x it’s expensive for a reason x

It's not all about just looking expensive that's just a bonus. It's more about looking stylish, how you present yourself and taking care of yourself shows that you care. It's also about making the right investment when purchasing your clothing and accessories. And that is for everyone. Whatever your budget is.
Bc that is how they make money, the thing is that almost all influencers are pushing LiLy Silk. They are expensive pieces, and they get most of the items for free from the companies by endorsing them. But that is their way of making a living. I love to watch these videos, and then I can go to less expensive stores and copy the look. All the pieces look lovely on Charlotte, and she has the maternity glow for sure. 👍
I also cringe at the use of the word “expensive” but I get that it’s a buzzword that is good for the algorithm. I agree that it’s more important to present yourself like you actually care and have put some thought into your appearance. I believe it’s possible to look polished and put together without looking “expensive.”

Also do not swear ( my hate is the f word in every sentence or be vulgar as the whole vibe is ruined !!! ) I also I dislike designer bags the worst is the mini Hermes Kelly thats left open and flapping round , it look messy , dont care its Hermes they are hardly unique !!
I think perfume are getting to be a no no. So many work places do not allow it due to allergies or just offensive smell.

I imagine you've tried several different self tanners, in your opinion which do you like the best?
And as far as your tips on looking elegant. Those super long nails with all those bright designs on them IMO are horrific looking (not to mention that men hate them), are the tackiest thing and ruin your whole look. Its hard to believe that anyone would think they are attractive but i see them everywhere. And as someone else mentioned, swearing. That F word seems to be the norm these days.
