I think the equus is the GOAT when it comes to taming. You can knock dinos out with it's hooves. They act as mortal pestle when saddled so you can make narcotics and tranq arrows on the go. You can shoot from their backs. You can also lasso and move tames out of the water or to safer location to tame them. They really are all purpose early game tames if you get rock carrots in a drop.

It’s a great video but damn watch your food stat 😂 Mind sharing some of the settings you used for imprinting? It’s so difficult to find the sweet spot for easy 100% on all creatures. Not sure if this has been mentioned already but afaik lystros only give the xp buff to tamed dinos, not players. Also, dinos like the trike, pachy, doed or dunkleosteus that have armored body parts take much, much less torpor when being shot there. So don’t headshot a dunky. Barys can only stun in water, not on land. The Thyla‘s and Allo‘s bleed does not work on bosses, sadly. And Thylas tame faster with cooked meat, rather than raw meat. Also, in ASA, you can just pick up the foundation and all walls on it will be picked up too :)
Ya I do not pay attention to my food stat lol. I think my imprint setting is literally the lowest possible setting. Most dinos only take 1 imprint to reach full 100%.

That was one hell of a video! It probably took you months to compile and it shows, GGs for all that comitment. The glitches would have probably made me give up. Yes, playing single player is sometimes really too glitchy, when you get out of render distance, some things spawn out and such, and even things as simple as beaver dams don't appear unless you camp out the area they're supposed to be in, which can get a little boring lol. Anyways, fantastic video, hope you can make such content again soon, challenges runs such as these are very entertaining me thinks ^^

Bro paras can just be the main character some times one time I was out making some tames and collecting drops with my anime skin para lvl 65 and we stumbled upon a rex it killed me and when I woke it said your para has killed a rex like my god at least it survived😂

Next time you have to tame a diplodocus passive tame it.. dont waste tranqs on a diplodocus they are one of the only tames that can be tamed passive or Knock out 🤗
Day 13 (Hyeanodon): The easiest trap method is to pick them up with an argy and drop them into a box. I know this is impossible for your challenge, but its the method i use bc JESUS are they hard to tame on 1x rates. Also, you can bola them, which will let you build a 1x1 box around them on ASE, idk if they patched out the place-under-dinos in ASA.
they didnt update the mammoth to collect more thatch, you just need to click the space button (great video btw! hopefully an aberration version is coming out)

your luck wasn't bad with traps, ARK made it harder to trap dinos with the new pathing. They do not like to go into structures.
They might have to redo the tropeos taming method

Building a trap is usually always worth it when taming. It makes it got a lot more smoothly.

I haven't played the new Ark, but in the old I built traps one square longer, so the creatures don't overshoot it and fall in more reliably.
