Well, we all know that even dinosaurs can't resist the temptation of a tasty bag of Lays.
The scariest thing is that somebody had to walk in the water to fix some of them imagine the tentacle moving even though you were still fixing it

Really glad they didn't take out the horrible screaming noises that sound like a Super Nintendo being choked.
They couldn't find a sound scary enough to replace it.

@solidmatrix69 pretty sure it was intended as a distraction, before the very obvious hole as the t-rex come out of it. But it takes so long and it's so obvious that it's just silly. 🤣

Is it bad that I’m happy it wasn’t fixed up perfectly? The hokey nature of the ride really adds to it. I love it so much!
My favorite bit is when the pterodactyl just. Slides across the sky completely static with a child, who is also completely static. It looks like a video game glitch. It’s so funny
Nah, many people like things staying the same for nostalgia purposes lol. I'm pretty sure it makes the owners happy too that they don't have to pay for much. 😂

Wow, I must say, the attraction's improved alot for the past few years, apparentely, someone had the guts to patch it up during lockdown, they sure did fix up the animatronics pretty well and the lighting and sound effects have also gotten so much better, the new additions definitely caught everyone's attention and I'm glad to see it get more visitors, sure, there's still mixed reviews today, but I like old school kind of stuff, I'd still recommend the ride to those who love Dinosaurs and Jurassic Park, it may not be Universal but we got the Jurassic Park of Tennessee, it's proven to be one of Pigeon Forge's top attractions regardless of what people think of it
It definitely feels like some fan of the attraction that had extra money decided to do it lol. 😂
7:55 I recognize that prop. I think it's one of the baby Tyrannosaurus costumes that were used in Walking with Dinosaurs: The Arena Spectacular. They must have gotten it from an auction of some kind.

Holy moly, it's completely brand new, the animatronics have been fixed and look good as new, the effects got so much better, the new dinosaurs spiced up the thrill, I love it! I wasn't expecting anyone to have the balls to fix this place up for it's awesome grand reopening during the pandemic, lol, I'm seeing a lot more positivity for this old school attraction almost every day ever since this video, I can't wait to go back there one day to ride it again, it's not everyday you get to see a Disney-Universal inspired attraction still running and bringing smiles to everyone's faces
That baby stegosaur looks like it came out of Jurassic Park the ride in universal studios after its Jurassic World refurbishment

It doesn’t seem as scary since the last time you filmed it- I think it was way more dark in there/ different lighting. But, it’s nice to see the animatronics have been fixed!

I tried to ride this years ago. After about an hour of waiting in line, the ride broke down when it was my turn to ride. RIP

i've always said that this is the scariest ride i've ever been on, haha!! all the jittery, mangled-looking dinosaurs twitching around and the ones that they leave in the water/in the dark bc they don't work just frighten the hell out of me!! if you can get past the absurd ticket price ($50+ for four people last time i went) its worth the experience alone. I'm so happy they're taking the time to fix it up a little!
That ride just gives me so much anxiety. The cheap animatronics, long stretches of darkness, and the constant compressed air
I dont like how the ride is 4 ft deep in places. I dont normally have submechanaphobia. But im sorry i am 4”11 can you imagine being in that nasty looking water with my head barely above it with those dingy janky animatronics

Pigeon Forge was always one of our favorite places to vacation at. My wife and I will have to check this out sometime. My parents never took me to Jungle Jurassic Boat Ride as a kid because they thought it would be super lame. It brings back great memories looking around at the parkway and nearby businesses at the beginning of the video.

I rode this ride when my Girl Scout troop took a trip out there years ago. It was great. Love these video of stuff reopening during covid19. Stay safe out there.

Dinosaur rides have it very rough. River adventure has the broken back sauropod, Dinosaur has a bunch of broken animatronics, and Jurassic Boat Ride... in general.

There are place reopening every were it's safe as long as you aren't to close people and still practice social distancing
I'm glad to see them disinfecting and spacing out people on the cars, but how hard would it be to keep people 6 feet apart in line? Every store open right now is doing it. Everyone was WAY too close together waiting to get inside.
And people wonder why this situation keeps getting worse. Well this video shows the answer
Seriously! Also, the disinfecting would be perfect if people only coughed/talked'n'spat on the hand rails and the tops of the seats, but unfortunately thats not how the fomites work! Wipe the whole seat!

I watched the first video and honestly I wouldn’t have ever considered to ride the ride unless I was payed but this outcome of the ride actually made me super happy. They made amazing changes to the ride and if I were to have the chance I might actually ride it. Never cared about a ride before but seeing it do better for some reason made me smile, it’s a cool ride that should have been kept up a long time ago but as long as it’s happening now.

I rode it back in October for the first time and thought it was pretty pathetic but I still loved it as a dark ride fan (and because there *was* some good effects). Glad to see it better!

Honestly they should change the sound of the snake pop out. It sounds too much of someone eating a bag of chips. They should add a snake hiss or something unique. I remembered hearing that the platform where the boat stops rises up so it feels like the snake is lifting you out of the water to eat you. Wish and hope they bring that effect back. With how well technology is, i’m pretty sure they can revive it.

That is one scariest ride at Tennessee. This ride is full of scary Animatronic Dinosaurs with other Animatronic Jurassic Jungle Creatures.

The only problem is when the guy spray the seats. He don't let it stay on not even 2 seconds before wiping...😒 like you have to let it stay at least 10-20 seconds at least but it looks fun 🙋
I agree. Most people do not realize you have to let disinfectants sit on a surface for a period of time to be effective.
@@Dragonfire8881 Exactly 👍. Spraying and wiping instantly defeats the purpose of killing the virus. That is why they say at least wash our hands for 20 seconds The guy should have sprayed the whole seat and let it sit a bit..just 30 seconds to 2 mins of letting it sit can make all the difference.

Well it is cool to see all these rather functional animatronic dinosaurs, tho some of the animatronics may suffer from the moisture on the ride, which causes them to have kinda jerky movements or well shuddering, but well that happens to all animatronics who are on these rides, like i saw it once in a zoo with a animatronic dinosaur exhibit and well they at the end of the year got abit shuddering to them since they had soaked up some mositure into their synthetic skin. But all in all, it is lovely to see you out traveling again to visit all these interesting places and sites
