How in gods name did you isolate that tiny fitting?? Wow. You're good. I had the privilege of playing an exclusive golf course in Florida where I was able to see NASCAR's Mark Martin home with his Newell Motor Coach sitting outside his home. His Newell looks AMAZING!
I liked your comedic Camp Newell video and one final point, with no increase to the Cover Charge I enjoy the friendly jabs you give to your friend Andrew Steele. I hope he took out Insurance on his new Class B
Nice to see the plant again! l did their brochure/advertising photography from 1980's thru 2010 when I moved from Tulsa to the Oregon coast for retirement. The nicest people to work with and lots of memories of travels with the coaches to various locations in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Arches National Park in Utah and lots of more local scenes in Oklahoma. Lots of night work lighting the coaches in the work bays to simulate daylight, working with shadows, blinds and brushing out foot prints before an exposure on 4x5 transparency films. The house as far as I knew was for the watchman/host for the parking area. The front area as you correctly assumed was for the used coaches for sale. Lots of detail photos of machinery areas, storage bays were taken on that lot. Thanks for the updated tour!
Thanks. I really thought there was a groundskeeper in there watching me and laughing while I try to park safely. I was surprised when they said I could spend the day in there.
Thank you for the tour! Cool to see how they take care of new and returning coaches. Just here for the outtakes and really like the split screens you used while showing the breakdown issue and McGyver fix. Safe travels back to AZ.
Keep Driving and inspecting those Newell’s and one day you’ll be an owner. You already have a beautiful coach. You just have a couple of more steps up the ladder.
At the Tampa RV show this year I had the wonderful experience of touring the Newell motorhome on display. Of course the Newell was fantastic, but the staff was the best of the best. I picked up one of the business cards…..so now I have something with name Newell on it…lol.😂
Thank you for sharing your experience of the Newell facility as I found it very interesting. It’s certainly not short of space and it’s customer service lounge is really nice and full of snacks etc. I’d love to own a Newell one day so keep your eyes open please. I don’t want one that’s going to breakdown as yours did. I feel sorry for the owners who have to fork out for the repairs 🙄🫣✈️💕🕶️💫
Thanks James for the facility tour. I expect that "The Birds Nest" in Fort Valley Georgia was somewhat similar for Wanderlodge folk back in the day. Great customer service by Newell. Wonderful coaches. Thanks again.
Whatever they paid you to drive their coach to Miami, OK, they definitely saved more than that amount in an emergency service call for that air leak. Glad to see you getting out there and enjoying yourself!
Hello James, I need some help. My son did not check on his Flagstaff travel trailer until today. Water leaking into the slideout and brown water coming out of the wall with bubble in fiberglass. Without buying 5 gallons each, what kind of adhesive can we get for styrofoam to plywood and plywood to fiberglass? I hope I’m not bothering you too much! Respectfully, Kevin
Depending on the area, once dried I have found great stuff minimal expansion foam to be a great foam to plywood adhesive but does require clamping. Otherwise, 3M Scotch-Weld High Performance 1357 should work too
Pretty bleak, and I assume they realized pretty early on that nobody spending that kinda cake is actually going to hang around while the rig gets fixed. Even though, there are THOR brand "campgrounds" that are better than that.
AS in important??? Mostly fluff paid promo fluff from what I can see. Everything is the best or the nicest.....until the next paid promo comes along and then that's the best or nicest. Just follow the video titles what a bunch of crap.
Thank you for taking us on the journey and thank you for the shout out!
You bet!

Pretty generous calling that a “campground” 😂 looks like the delivery area behind a factory. Newells are crazy machines though
I think I may agree with you :)
Well welcome to the four states ! Newell's are the best ! 😁

James - I agree with you…the round concrete island needs to go! Hope they have paved over it by the time I buy my Newell!
Thanks for sharing. Really nice place. Thanks for taking the time to share. Enjoyed your MacGyver fix.
Newell is about the best coach I have ever seen...

Thanks James. Appreciate the Camp Newell tour!!

Hi James, amazing fix on the air system!!! 👍
Thank you for sharing your experience of the Newell facility as I found it very interesting. It’s certainly not short of space and it’s customer service lounge is really nice and full of snacks etc.

How ironic that you’re only on road breakdown is in the highest quality of the most expensive coach in the business. Thanks for another great video.
Beaver and Monaco rule, happy with classic.
You might have run into NASCAR great, retired driver, Mark Martin. He is a Newell owner.
Thanks James for the facility tour. I expect that "The Birds Nest" in Fort Valley Georgia was somewhat similar for Wanderlodge folk back in the day. Great customer service by Newell. Wonderful coaches. Thanks again.
Nice looking rigs Be safe
How did it drive.Glad you didnt have the Andrew Steele going down the road experince
me too. It was something I thought of
Whatever they paid you to drive their coach to Miami, OK, they definitely saved more than that amount in an emergency service call for that air leak. Glad to see you getting out there and enjoying yourself!
Actually a bit surprised at how humble camp Newell is in comparison to their super high end motor coaches.
“So it can’t fall and crush me anymore….” Classic
It is great to have the knowledge to fix your RV on the road like you just showed us. Thank you for the tour and video. Happy trails!
Nice coaches, still prefer no slide bus conversion you did walkthrough about a year or two ago.
Fair enough!
What about country coach and beaver?
Darn boy I almost mistaken you for Mr. Steele lol . Nice video I doubt I will ever go their, but never say never . ok never
James, I need help repairing my HWH air seal slide out gasket on my Chinook motorhome. Do you have any plans to share some info on those systems?
HWH is in moscow, iowa great place to have their products fixed. HWH only charges for actual fixing time, not trouble shooting time
Was that wrench SAE or metric ?🤔🤔🤔
I think it was from South of the Boarder type both ASE & Metric. 😅😅
@@redcauthen771 ok just checking 👍👍👍
There's not much there. But it's very cool that they have a campground for their customers. Not very many places do that.

@@AZExpert Same for plywood to fiberglass?
Crescent to the rescue
Right?
Could have been, ... "The Wicked Witch of the West"! 😱😝😁🤪🤣👍👍🇺🇲
Parker Hannifin fitting
I dont need pickle ball courts, pools, horseshoe pit at the RV park. Electric, water is good... Dump station too.
For selling $2.5 million coaches they should invest in better blacktop
Wow...
Pretty bleak, and I assume they realized pretty early on that nobody spending that kinda cake is actually going to hang around while the rig gets fixed. Even though, there are THOR brand "campgrounds" that are better than that.
They didn’t waste too much on landscaping!
Pretty cool 😎 I bet they are nice….what they cost 😂
So no air and the door won’t open or close? Yikes!
It can be manually opened from the inside or outside too
Being from Oklahoma myself, it IS pronounced Miam-muh (just like Andrew pronounces it).
NOT like Miami, Florida.
for that kind of money, the Red Bay Tiffin facility makes this look like a DUMP
Sure, but the volume is much less at Newell and also may be a indication of how much service they need.....or don't need compared to production RVs
Ok James it‘s MIAMA NOT MIAMEE LOL. ALL OKIES WILL KNOW YOUR ARE A TOURIST
I purposely do it
It’s ugly theres no landscaping and it’s not very exciting
I would not disagree with you
LAVISH
not a very clean facility

Glad you enjoyed it
