What about Caesin? I have been told mine is that. I get constipated if I eat it!

I’m not quite sure what my issues with dairy are. I don’t get cramping or bloating from any of it. But about two months ago I cut out all dairy, and my skin cleared waaaay up. About two weeks in, I started adding back in Greek yogurt daily. Haven’t had any issues. I have cottage cheese about once a week with no issues.
I’m also no longer fighting constipation after many MANY years.
So clearly the dairy was the issue, but I don’t know why I can handle yogurt and occasional cottage cheese. 🤷‍♀️ And I’m at the point where it’s not worth testing anything else TBH.

Fermented food like cottage cheese and yogurt have very little lactose, since the bacteria ate it all.

If you cut out dairy and there is no improvement after 3 + weeks, it means that you are fine with dairy right?

Dairy isn't healthy, so it's best to leave it out entirely.

Well it's time to stop drinking such a cruel and unhealthy product then. You aren't a baby cow. Drink something else.

Dairy is quite unhealthy, so rather than waste time testing if we're lactose intolerant, why not just get rid of it? Also, those poor cows :(.

@@jsalcedope Don't be silly. Feigning sympathy for plants is a really low level fake argument that people who enjoy supporting animal suffering use. For your information the animal agricultural industry kills more plants than any other food industry. So even if we pretend that you are concerned about the welfare of plants, by eating meat you are doing more harm to plants than those who don't eat meat.
I understand that you don't care about animal cruelty and that is absolutely up to you. But obviously you have not done even 10 minutes of research into the health effects of dairy. I would suggest you do that before continuing to argue on this topic. It really would be in your best interest to educate yourself on this if you value your health.
