Attended and presented research papers in 5 International conferences including IIT Bombay, IIM Rohtak, IIM Ranchi, Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), and Gautam Buddha University.

I went to restaurant n ordered kadai paneer, it was not available then I ordered dal makhani,this is also not available. Waiter said only mix veg available today so I had it and it was very yummy. I m so lucky . Private university hardly stands in front of central universities. One thing i m sure at the time of your admission you are not bothered about your guide, just getting admission is on mind. After admission we have to praise our guide. माना सेंट्रल यूनवर्सिटी अच्छी होती है प्राइवेट यूनिवर्सिटी के मुकाबले पर फिर ये तो वही हो गया ना कि आप सलमान खान को अच्छा एक्टर समझते थे😂😂😂 और मनोज वाजपेई को आप जानते तक नहीं !इस दुनिया में लीक से हटकर कुछ करने वालो को हमेशा ही ऐसे बातें सुननी पड़ती है फिर उन्हें बार बार ये साबित करना पड़ता है कि वो ग़लत नहीं! आपका एक कॉमेंट शायद सामने वाले को डिस्टर्ब कर दे पर आपको तो फर्क नहीं पड़ता ना!

Maine jrf qualified kiya tha November 2017 wale exam me central university se PhD krne ke chakkar me 2.5 year ho gye mera admission v nhi hua or jrf ki limitation v samapt ho gyi. Mai kitni jada dukhi hu bta nhi sakti aapko. Mera sapna tha scholarship pe PhD krne ka nhi hua mera sapna pura. Agar mai state/private se try krti to jrur admission ho jata mera. Aaz mai ji bharke rone wali hu. Mere ko bhut jada afsos h admission ni milne ka. Mai fir se jrf k liye himmat juta k preparation kr rhi hu. Aapke suggestion se mere ko bhut himmat mili h di. Sach batau to mai bahut jada tut chuki hu. Kitni jada mehnat ki maine admission v nhi mili. 😭😭

No man.. people should really hear those facts about all the govt research institutes and central universities... it's nothing like what we think it is... Most people think that if we qualify JRF that's it, we'll get 31,000 every month and Bamm! 4 year later there we'll be as Doctors. Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that

Here my supervisor always encourages and appreciates me..but i always kept thinking whether I did right or wrong..Your answer was very insightful for me..
i respect ur honesty. the most imp thing you highlighted is the plight of general category candidates. how difficult it is for them to get admission in phd course when jrf like you fail to get the rank required.

In private university you have atleast a guarantee that your ph.d. will be completed within 3-4 years, govt universities do a lot of exploitation of scholars, never seen a govt univ scholar completed his ph.d. in 3 years...

Why you're trying for central universitys go for manipal academy for higher education, ashoka, op jindal etc.. they are not following reservation policy. You also can chose national institute for advanced studies, nias also not followings reservstion policy. I left cuh after qualifying coursework. Now I am pursuing my phd from nias in collaboration with MAHE.
You were sad when not selected in Lucknow University being taken as general category student....Then think about the pain of a general category student who is getting 69.9 % and even not Qualified JRF but about OBCs even if they get 67% they are JRF Qualified....#reservation.

I think there should be no category system. Itz totally injustice. Category system should be only for physically disabled candidates.

I’m from Delhi University. And I can say that it’s faculty that matters not the university. If Amity is arranging best faculty then it’s okay to go there and study. I took admission in DU as I didn’t have much money. 😁

As i am associated with research work, have just confered Phd from the state University, realised that if u have got the ability to explore different dimension of your research topic very efficiently. Then you may be a successful in future .
I dont want to indulge in the controversial debate like wether private univ is the best or state/ central univ, yes if you want to know my own personal opinion then i can say State and Central universities are best and are the first choice of every student, even getting a job after your phd. It matters a lot where from u have done phd.

I m jrf qualified from general category in commerce. I was not a regular student in m.com .I have done my PG from correspondence .. Many of the people made me realise that if you have no big powers behind you u r not going to get admission in state universities... I wish very student u may qualify jrf soon but there is many more things are needed except ur excellence😥 ma'am u have given me a hope that I still may get a admission in private university and can do PhD Thankyou so much🙏

I am a JRF holder in fashion design and i am a wheelchair abled person due to an accident. Same thing happened with me when I tried to get admission in a state university, I got rejected because my my department was in 2 second floor. there was no anytype of accessibility to reach 2nd floor. I didn't had anyone to asked about the JRF fellowship procedure too. Your video helped me a lot and now I am under the the admission procedure of manipal University.

Generally I don't comment on videos but I'm just commenting here because I want to mention some other places better than these private universities....
I think if someone have jrf and interested in good research work then first he/she should try for research Institutions like TIFR, IISC, IIISER. All we know, research work only depend on student and guide but in these places you can get more facilities, equipments for your work. Yes it's true some private universities are very good for example Amity, Thapar, KIIT, etc. They have qualified professor. They always hire faculties with good research and background... But in good research instructions like which I have mentioned you get both...Just a suggestion😊

Thanks a lot Niharika for your valuable session. I am a PhD Law aspirant. I had previously worked in an ICSSR funded project for nearly 1.5 Years as a Research Scholar. In the legal field, majorly the NLUs are the most sought after University and I myself being a NLU graduate wanted to do my PhD in one of the NLUs. I had recently qualified the entrance exam in the General Category and was in the top 5 rank. Then came the interview wherein I gave my all. The panel particularly appreciated the novelty of the topic I presented and also appreciated the way in which I presented but at the end the result was very different that came out and I couldn't make it. I felt crashed not because I couldn't make it but the way the panel reacted after my presentation deceived me completely. The voice of one of the panelists still ring in my ear "Thankyou for the wonderful presentation Anwesha".
I might as well seek admission in one of the private universities where things are a bit fair.

I remember the last time when I was commenting on your channel I was fully shattered because of NLU's rejection and thought being in General Category it was really tough. Govt has reduced budget proposals for any research as govt tried to give funds for semiconductor and basically focus on Engineering sector, so rest in peace to net/jrf and pH.d as people after doing PhD. Applying for group d jobs it's better to initiate a startup rather then being moving in these things

Although the guide is the most important part of the PhD, the university is equally important. Please look at the faculty profiles of many good universities, they are mostly from DU, JNU or from abroad. So in India obsession with brands is a reality. So it's better to take a break and try for a good university or better choose some other profession. Because a PhD is hard work and after the work, if you don't succeed it pains, so it's better to invest time in getting into a good university rather than joining some university in a hurry. Please normalise taking breaks between academic years. It's okay to drop and take a break. In a PhD interview at a top university, the faculty doesn't care if there is a gap in your academic years. Please don't make taking a break a taboo.
DU, JNU, BHU, etc are overrated. The only good universities are IIT, IISc, deemed universities or going abroad.
