Each airline (PIA, Airblue, Serene Air) offers its pilot different salaries based on the company policy. In US starting pay was $13/hour and pilots don't get an airline minibus pick up from home.

You should make a video on how to convert foreign licenses to PCAA. I am converting my FAA CPL and FI rating and wasnt able to find any guidance at all. Even the flying academies weren't 100% sure about the process due to the new system which has been implemented.

@@hunter62207 but every airline prefer experienced one's like flight instructors..... Airlines usually don't hire cpl holders with 200 or 250 flying hours
@Haseeb rehman actually they do hire cfi with 1500+ flying hours. As far as pia is concerned you need a strong political background to enter.... sad reality
