Hi! I am 19 years old Norwegian Pakistani. Started my Modular pilot education besides bachelor in ecenomics here in Norway. Currently reading the 9 subjects for PPL exams that we do have here in Norway. Gonna take few hours before the exams, but mostly going to fly in summer after the exams. saleha hayat Instructors male hi hai. We have around 3 female students at Airborne Aviation, Hybrid mein 2 hai, Air Eagle mein 3-4 hai as far as I know

The purpose of this video was to guide people how to become a commercial pilot and get your CPL license, which I think I successfully did. If you have any issue with that, you can keep them to yourselves or make a video about it yourself, but please don't motivate people who are actually doing something to portray an image of the aviation industry of Pakistan, whether its good or bad.

Hamayun sb ! This is the problem I see in your generation. "Pesay lag gayay" job nahe milti" future barbaad ho jaey ga" baqio ko daikho". Let's talk about other professions in Pakistan you think are doing great relatively.
1. Let's start with engineering - because I did do engineering (not from your lollipop Pakistani institutions enrolling "taapars / toppers" that lack accreditation, but from an ABET certified program - please look it up). Engineering completion - job? no job without safarish. No safarish? Ghar marro. Struggled and struggled - no improvement. Finally shifted fields and life's much better.
2. Business grads. LUMS LSE bhaij do bara scope hai. To jinab e wala TRG aur DGS kay call centers ko kyun populate kerwa rahay ho inkay graduates say?? Why are they not in banks / MNCs as marketed by their institutions? Some of them actually made their way to flying clubs to switch careers.
3. Doctors. Allah rehem keray un per aur unki families per. The amount of "minnat samajhat" and the cocky PMDC chahaitas kids monopoly infesting Pakistan is a shame. If you need testimonials, go to any government hospital's emergency and witness the sorry situation of MBBS doctors barely able to make ends meet even after years of service.
4. CSS - Har banda ratta master nahe hota. "Topper / Taapar" in Pakistan means someone who is ratta expert and can use the marker to present well. Yahee chutye phir mulk chaltay hain aur humari manji thukti hai. Har banda CSS officer ban jata hai ? wahan log time nahe zaya kertay ??
5. ACCA /CA / CFA - you would know by now - ACCA to majority cashier lagta hai, baqi part 1 clear ker kay daman bacha ker chup jatay hain minial jobs per. Jo pass ker gaya sab waray nyaray, warna sari umer chakki peesta hai.
6. Army / Navy / PAF. if they selected everyone that applied like they did back in the day, I'd be the first one to apply and wave the flag. Unfortunately, my dear critic, not everyone makes it there as well.
Mr. Hamayun - I know many sons of Airforce and PIA pilots who are at this time holding CPL and praying for a job because unkay baapo nay service ki aur izzat say retirement li. So yay notion apnay pass rakhain keh pilot ka bacha pilot ban saqta hai, is umer mai yay bachgana batain zaib nahe deteen apko.
Naya Pakistan sirf khaal utar raha hai hum sab ki. The dickward sitting in the PM house had the opportunity of saving a private airline and its 5000 employees, he did not. If your argument is "Private idara hai" to bhai tax bhi na lo na phir private logo say. Tax ki bari paunch jatay hain sarkari bandar.

Great video, but the reason I don't want to take training from Pak is the industry is not growing at all. Also many CPL holders are sitting home. It's better to take training from academy which have good patnerships with airlines, increases your chances of job after training. For example if you take your training in Europe, many airlines there take low hour pilots. I don't know much but please correct me if I'm wrong anywhere !

I was told different things about joining aviation industry. I am thankful to you. What is the maximum age to get CPL and will airlines prefer to select pilot when turning 40 or above as FO? I'm currently 25, always dream to be. It's difficult but I'll try my best to achieve it
No problem, the age limit to get CPL is 60 years, PIA hires at maximum of 35 years, for other airlines it varies, mostly ask for experience, whereas the age requirement varies with different airlines.

Yes
