    I’m Korean American but I never heard of mammoth bread until I got to Korea. It was excessively sweet IMO but it was absolutely delicious. I really think people should give it a try with their friends because eating one alone is too much calories. It’s flavorful and filled with various textures. I would definitely have more if I didn’t have gut issues.

    I never understood why they add ice cubes to the giant 'blenders' in nearly every single video that's using the machine.

      There’s a reason for it, but I forget what it is now that I’m trying to think of it. Same reason you use ice or ice water in bread or pastry, something to do with the yeast, I think. I can't remember for sure.

      Nearly any machine is going heat up the dough which is undesirable for gluten development. That is why we use cold water-to prevent gluten breakdown.

    안녕하세요
    이 영상을 보다가 며칠전에 블랙맘모스 와 무화과깜빠뉴 외 몇가지 빵들을 구매해먹은 구매자입니다
    주문사이트에는 2일정도 소요된다하셨지만 제건 바로 다음날에 도착했습니다
    오자마자 리뷰용 사진을 찍는데 무화과깜빠뉴가
    제품사진과 너무나도 다른색깔인데다가(제품사진이 밝고 제가받은건 탄것마냥 색이어두웠어요) 소분하면서 맛보니 탄맛이 너무나서 문의를 원래이런색깔의 빵이라고 말씀하시진않으시겟죠하며 남겼더니
    아니나다를까
    원래 그런식의 씁슬한맛으로 먹는빵이라고 하시네요
    그래도 그렇지 이맛이면 탄건데 안탄거라고하시니까
    제가 너무 황당해서 다음에 시켜먹을테니 다음에도 이색깔인지 아닌지 보자고했습니다
    그재서야 환불해드리겟다는 말씀을 하시더라구요
    그때 제가 너무 황당하다보니 환불은됬고
    늘 이런식의 탄맛이 나는빵을 구워파시다가 잊혀질 나중에 제가 다시 주문해먹을때도 이런맛이면 제가 예민했던거라 칠려고했습니다
    오늘 소분해둿던빵 다시데워먹는데
    화가너무나네요
    겉껍질다떼고 먹고있습니다 이럴꺼면 뭐하러6500원주고 사먹나요?
    제가 주문한 빵 배송보내주는날 오븐담당자의 말씀과
    이런상태의 빵을 팔도록 승낙하신 제과장님의 말씀이듣고싶습니다
