Active bleed on CT

A few important signs to look for with any vessel injury, all indicating directly or indirectly an active bleed. These include extravasation of contrast, pseudoaneurysm and an abrupt cutoff of the vessel.

I think CT Abdominal Angio/ Tagged rbc scan/Capsule Endoscopy is a better choice for occult GI bleed

I agree that CT may not be the optimal modality of choice for occult GI-bleed.

Colon or large intestine ulcers can be seen in ct scan?

Gastrointestinal bleeds are hard to see with CT. Although they may occasionally be seen, a CT would not be the modality of choice.
