Dude, good idea with the folding table. I have a table just like that, but I always end up laying a bunch of stuff out on the garage floor next to my car.

Having all that off the door would make me want to do everything at the same time, like what your doing. I'd probably add sound damping stuff since for what ever reason I have bad luck with my doors rattling with bass in every car I buy. Just got 2017 GTI and thankfully it doesn't yet. Only the window switch kinda rattles?
I actually had sound dampening ready on the side but ended up deciding to save it for another project

Pierre Duboc I don’t think it changes. From what i know, the facelift has a different front end and a new rear bumper. But the same doors as the Mk7

shereder the ones I bought came with the door control module. It’s all plug and play

xXHypedUPXx I did not have to inside the door, it was plug and play. my model is the SE but i’m pretty sure itd be more money to differentiate all the door modules like that

Planning to do this retrofit on my mk7 Sportwagen. Do those folding mirrors come with puddle lights, or is that just a clear cover over the cutout? I can't quite tell from the pictures on the listing. The puddle lights are of the greatest importance to me, but while I'm in that deep I think I'll do all three...fold, puddle light, and dynamic signal.
Let me know if the puddle light is in those mirrors, or if I'll have to purchase it separately . Thanks.

Do these have the blind spot monitor on either / both? I have a 2018 with the driver assistance package and trying not to spend 500 dollars for the ones at DAP.
Jacob Kossman the ones that I have do not have the DAP but you could look on Aliexpress to see if they have them. Sorry :(

@@usmanabdullahi4182 nah other priorities. Basically went full bolt ons lol. FMIC, intake, and turbo pipe. Now I'm in saving mode. My best suggestion is to just save up and not try to cut corners :(
The link to the door clips description says mk6. Are they the exact same for the mk7?
Adrian Herrera Yes! they are the same in terms of part numbers. I didn’t even know the description said mk6 lol. But there are 6 clips on the door panel, 5 of them are the ones that break super easily
