i remember milos sarcev 2 minutes challenge i just tested with gym bro´s and training partners in seated calf raises leg extension and seated hamstring curl the record was 1 minutes and 20 seconds hahaha.... i remember also zig zag method dont remember author of that method leg extension to leg press.... leg press to leg extension but rest with machines... 60 to 120 segs... or more depends.... learning of the day with the godfather....
