Next Tuesday, Mimeophon, Beads, FX Aid- ‘Tuesday Tuesday’- RtB

I think this is a fine example of Next Tuesday’s compositional strength. Set at its longest but one setting- sixteen ‘measures’, which at 97bpm results in a loop of around forty seconds- the module has a chance to establish a feel, develop it, then return to where it was originally and start again, with variations. By coincidence, all four of the knobs are at exactly the twelve o’clock position, so as long as I can remember which algorithm I’m in I should be able to recreate it. For the record the fx chain is Mimeophon, Disting EX in its convolution reverb setting, Beads (early days) and finally the ‘Generation Lost’ setting on the FX Aid for the occasional warble.
Like and subscribe, good people, spread the word and write something. When not noodling around in one case of modules or another I’m currently writing a script for one of a series of short two-handed playlets. As I may have said previously, there are not enough hours in the day…
