thats vintage Chambers, incredible stuff. nobody grooves like Den. I love the way the crowd encourages he takes the bait and the finale part is mental plus the swagger get up and go to leave. DC is a one off.
It may have been to control the volume without having to sacrifice speed/power, or perhaps he needed a drier sound out of both for the gig. I've used Moongels on my cymbals in smaller venues to reduce the volume without having to worry about trying to give everything a light tap.
