Today we throw a 2023 zx10r on the dyno to ecu flash and tune as well as do some testing with a few parts. We'll be putting 2016-2018 velocity stacks on this 2023 zx10r. Will that work? Will it make power? The k&n filter isn't super popular, compared to the sprint P08 filter, but today we're going to give it a go. This bike has a stock chain and sprocket, stock filter but does have the slash style SC project exhaust. Since this bike is super popular with the roll racing scene, we figured we'd get our hands dirty and figure out how YOU can make more power with your zx10r. Check out our zx10r dyno sheets! You'll see, How much hp a zx10r has, how much torque the zx10r is and much more. We're hoping to see this bike again so we can re-dyno it under better conditions, but overall we're pretty happy with how it is now.

First thing that should be done is remove as much rotational mass as possible imo. First mods I did was ceramic wheel and transmission bearings. Just bought floating rotors. Making more power is dope but pointless if you’re being robbed of it

If you really want more hp in the zx10r 2023 or 2024 you will have to put the VAI to work with its wiring for the automatic VAI. VARIABLE AIR INTAKE SYSTEM is not responsible for changing the stark

Man k&n filters are junk its a must that you get a sprint air filter its a whole lot better

Hello, I would like to know the code for the air filter since I can't find it on the page.
This is unfair test. Why you you not do a run with K&N stock stacks. Brocks already did this testing and the Gen 6 stacks are better than the Gen 5...... You can't compare stock filter with stock stacks to K&N and Gen 5 simply because flow has changed dramatically.....
+1. Agree. I wish the test was conducted as such: Roll on do a stock Dyno test. Make fuel adjustments. Dyno test. Show improvements. Add K&N Air Filter. Dyno Test. Make fuel adjustments. Show improvements. Lastly, add Velocity stacks. Dyno. Show results. Tune. Dyno. Show results. Can't determine if any improvement are from the K & N Air Filter alone, the Velocity Stacks alone, or a combination between the two.
