I am pursuing graduate studies in mathematics and computational genomics, and I was so overwhelmed by the beauty of how things fit together, that I needed to seek out a hymn of praise. This was perfect, and I was very appreciative of the lyrics, they captured what I was feeling quite well:

I think any serious math student or mathematician who denies the existence of God is an absolute fool!
If you're surrounded by direct proof that there is a literal language that ALL of physical reality is written in (Math; Calculus) throughout the entire universe AND you realize the beauty behind logic, that it ALWAYS works; that math ALWAYS works, and yet never ponder how it can be; yet deny a Creator behind it all -then you're an absolute fool, doesn't matter about your brain size.
Because these things are right in front you, the existence of God is shouting right at you at max decibel -it really couldn't get any more obvious -to still deny God is like denying reality itself: it's either insanity or extreme foolishness.
I say the same about any serious chemistry/physics student and scientist. Especially chemistry.
But as for you specifically, please turn to Jesus in sincerity.
He's real.
Repent and forsake all your sins today, never know when it's your last day.
Jesus will give you understanding that's far wiser than any mathematics -if you follow Him in sincerity and obey Him.
He can make you truly excellent.
@@juuiezify I agree with most of what you say, and certainly with your sentiments. You may be seeking a dramatic effect; and I certainly laud your enthusiasm for Jesus and his Father. However I don’t think it is ever wise to call out people who don’t agree with you as “fools”. This is not likely to win friends of those who are on the edge of believing. I think that a less aggressive approach would better serve the interests of the argument. I guess that you could say something like “your thought process seems to me to be illogical”.
I argue that the beauty all around us would not be “created” by an infinite number of transformations of a single cell by splitting and accidentally changing the DNA sequence. Even an infinite number of single cells undergoing change by splitting and duplication, with a proportion of errors in DNA structure during these processes, would not, in my belief, create the beauty we see in a flower 🌺, or the functionality (and beauty) of an eye 👁 in a mammal. I could also argue that an infinite number of changes of this sort have not been attained, and never could be, even at very fast rates of reproduction. This argument holds because we never actually reach an infinite number; and the rate of reproduction is dependent on the values of time, which is measured relative to the movement of the earth 🌏 and sun, and which are minor particles in the vastness of this universe (again infinity comes to mind). My mind boggles when I try to imagine the vastness of space.
As an aside, it is interesting that we have been created with ability to see and understand (maybe) only the smallest and largest structures within the same orders of magnitude as the size of earth. We can just about image atom arrays using sophisticated techniques in electron microscopy; but we cannot image a single atom, as far as I know. Though I realise that interactions of sub-atomic particles can be observed by the release of radiation traces of particles during collisions in particle accelerators (the most notable of which is the the Large Hadron Collider). However observation of atoms and sub-atomic particles is impossible directly with our eyes, even using high powered optical devices working in the visible light spectrum. The presence of these particles is inferred by techniques such as electron microscopy and particle colliders previously mentioned.
On the opposite side of the visible and understandable sized range we have our solar system. We know the sizes of the earth, moon and planets 🪐 , and we are able to send missions to some of them (at exorbitant cost of resources). However, if we were to venture outside the solar system the distances between objects is immense, even within our galaxy. Between galaxies the distances increase by orders of magnitude which certainly I do not understand, and I doubt that anyone else would honestly commit to understanding.
So there we are. We have the infinitesimal and the infinite. We lie somewhere in between these two.
