I am completely blown away by this home!! There is nothing I would change. The high level of craftsmanship, materials and finishes was evident throughout there entire home. And I specifically appreciated their decision to do all the cabinetry and vanities with inset doors. That alone elevates a property to the next level. If this house had been staged, I probably wouldn’t have been able to take it! Thanks for showcasing this and letting me dream a bit.
You got it! The level of detail, specifically not cutting corners, really impressed me. Sometimes I go into these homes and I find little issues here and there, not in this one. Never stop dreaming my friend!
I live 5min from here. 4bed 3bath for 1M is wild! this shows how crazy the housing market has gotten. 6yrs ago this same house would have been mid to hi 500 hundreds
@@Powerstrokepat Yep the market is still catching up to buyers wallets. We’ll see where this one lands when it sells. Good news for you though, is if you got to sell, you should have solid equity.
@ well let’s keep in touch. Never know when you may want to move and the price of your home may surprise you when you go to sell. Hit me up and I’ll let you know: bmackeyrealtor@gmail.com
While I think that this house is absolutely PHENOMENAL...the price on the otherhand is outrageous😳 a 4bdr 2b house on a little over an acres for almost $1m!!! That's wild man. Ive seen bigger houses on maybe an acre go for less or about this much in Gonzales. Everything is so overpriced these days
@@donniepenalber6588 we’ll see how it all shakes out when it sells. Interesting to see how the market is shifting in many of the areas out here, but trust me there are still a lot of reasonably priced homes out here that I think you’ll like and are on my schedule to film. I appreciate you tuning in!
We'll see what it ends up at. I like filming these homes, because I can always go back and report back what it actually sold for. I'll keep you posted! Thanks!
nice Video

@LivingBatonRouge 100% but doesn't do any good if plans to stay in the area because itll just be absorbed by the next over priced home
