@@wenus4391there’s a fine line between arrogance/delusion and confidence. Being over confident/delusional will prevent you from seeing ur own flaws or habits/actions that will hurt you. So it’s a very fine line.

@@wenus4391 Groundless confidence is delusion I believe. You need to have something exceptional to be confident about, whether it's knowledge, skills, money, EQ, IQ, look, life achievement......etc
There is nothing to be confident about being obese, not only it's unhealthy, it shows a careless and lazy lifestyle. You must live in a place where most people genuinely consider obese more attractive than fit to be confident about it.

She tries to justify it with "at least men that I don't like don't try to have s*x with me", but it will hit her hard when men she likes will tell her that she's not their type. I get sensitive about my weight. About 80% of my weight gain has been due to medication. Me being sensitive about it has nothing to do with not wanting to be held accountable..it's about knowing that no matter what I do, because of my meds, I will struggle with weight gain for the rest of my life. I have reached a point in my life where I don't care if a man approaches me or not. I have approached a few and been rejected and that's fine.
But my point is...your analysis here is just a little off if you are judging large women in general. There are some like the one in the video...but not all of us think like that.

Well, I actually don't find anything wrong with the massive lady there.Sure, obesity is deadly and not pleasant to the view, ok, but if she is alright with herself and doesn't berate her other it's fine by me.I would prefer her a bit lighter for her own phisical sanity but that's her choice

If she was telling the truth she wouldn't have said it in the first place.
Why does she need to say that she feels more confident now when they didn't ask her? Her only question was how much she weighed, not whether she felt good about her weight.

I can't say I care about societal standards, but gaining too much weight is just so inconvenient 🤷‍♀️ I can't imagine how hard is to carry 70-80 extra kilos daily
