The Devil Rays logos were always cool, and a little different. They weren't well liked for a long time but they have seen a resurgence in recent years. The current Rays I feel is largely underappreciated and not well understood by those outside of the region. It to me an underrated logo that blends a classic baseball look with a modern twist, but I also know the Rays are a newer franchise and are just now starting to become a generational team. Really, I feel you can't go wrong with any of the Rays logos, they all look great, and represent the team well.
I love that the bear looks rather confused about what's going on. Like it was just handed the bat and is now wondering "Uhhhhh, what do I do with this?".
I agree with the Current Red Sox logo. I’m a Sox fan as well but I prefer going to a Yard Goats game though it’s cheaper and not overpriced like Boston now.
I’m a Braves fan and I think they are completely fine as they are. If there were any sort of changes I could even think of, maybe they could bring that Indian back in a modernized fashion as a secondary logo or make the A in red with a light blue outline as a nod to the Hank Aaron era Braves but keep the primary as it is. Otherwise, they are great as they are
As a 90s kid I always thought the Disney Era Angels logo was just a little too corny. To me it’s the equivalent of the 90s Houston Rockets cartoon rocket logo as far as bad 90s uniforms
Solid video, sir! I can't complain about the Red Sox primary. While I do appreciate the update to the roundel when FSG bought the team, making it the secondary was the right choice. A couple of quick hits: The Marlins need to trash their entire look, go back to '93, but leave the pinstripes out. Agreed fully on the Rockies needing to just go to the mountain. The Astros should never have switched from the brick. The Brewers should just have the ball-in-glove. Lastly, the Rays need a full logo redesign. Keep the uniform style/colors, but with a new logo.
I think as an Astros fan at the time in 2013 the team was bad so a new look with new colors and uniforms was very exciting… but I want my brick red uni’s back. Those pinstripes just did somethin to me 😮💨
Most of the Seattle Mariners fans do not approve of the Trident logo. Because, according to the Greeks, pointing the Trident down is considered "bad luck," and many fans believe that the franchise is cursed because of it.
Been a Mariners fan all my life and I’ve never heard that before. Every M’s fan I know loves the old trident just as much as the compass. As for a curse, the only curse we had was a bad streak of bad GMs.
The colors of the old Diamondbacks logo is actually turquoise and copper. But if you wanna know my opinion on it, I think it’s great but each of the colors are too loud. I do prefer the red, black, and tan look as it’s a more smooth color palette (and as bonus it fits in with the other AZ sports team kinda similar to Pittsburgh and it’s color scheme). The new teal isn’t quite as good, but it is growing on me
I feel like I'm the only one who strongly prefers the 00s Brewers logos. Especially the M with the grain. It looked sophisticated, and I liked it. The glove always came off as cheesy
Out of curiosity, what website where you on as you look through the team logos? Would like to visit it myself and check it out. Awesome video by the way!
Cleveland, completely agree. Drop the "G"s. But I say go further. Get rid of the baseball. The current logo is bad. It reminds me of a Minor league team logo.
Not a baseball question but sports in general. Do you know why all Pittsburgh sports teams have black and yellow as their colors? I used to know the history.
The Milwaukee Brewers glove logo is cool, since the letters "M" and "B" are hidden in the design.
Key part I forgot to mention!
The expos had something similar
Yes, the Brewers logo is one of the best in pro sports!
It took me years to notice the M and B. I just thought it was a glove for a long time. Lol
Everyone in Miami is dying for the Marlins to revert back to teal.
Yes, the Marlins should definitely go back the the teal!
The Running Man logo for Cincinnati will always be my favorite one. I have no issue with the current logo or even Mr. Redlegs.
The old Montreal expos logo is great too

Watching this video while at my kids basketball practice lol. Wow houstons previous logo. Miss that retro one. 95-2007 that start and gold
I like the Minnesota Twins logo from 1987 to 2009. That is the symbol of the Twins teams of 1987 and 1991 that won the World Series.
I love the blue and gold Astros but really love the brick red pinstripe. Combo of both blue and gold pinstripe would be too cool
Long live Chief Wahoo!
I wish the Cubs would wear throwbacks with the 1911 or 1927 logo. the bear holding the bat in the middle of the C is a great logo
I like the Cub's prior logos with a bear holding a bat, because a bear is actually much less dangerous if it's holding a bat.
😂😂😂
I love that the bear looks rather confused about what's going on. Like it was just handed the bat and is now wondering "Uhhhhh, what do I do with this?".

Anaheim Angels from 2002-04 super nice and clean and on top of that winning a World Series is always a good thing with a new logo/identity 😉 😇

Thank you my friend ❤️
Solid takes!
The mariners have had the same uniform for like 30 years! Please update!
As an Astros fan for 41 years, you like the worst logo and colors we ever had. Was so glad when we went back to Orange and Blue with the H star.
I think as an Astros fan at the time in 2013 the team was bad so a new look with new colors and uniforms was very exciting… but I want my brick red uni’s back. Those pinstripes just did somethin to me 😮💨
I totally understand that. It was time for a change for sure.
The Best Diamondbacks logo is the Diamondback curled up to look like a D
Go Cubs
Padres actually have an updated friar logo, you should look it up 👍🏼
Shoutout for the Braves love 😹👍🏽

I did like that logo too. Loved the gold jerseys.

Never mind my comment, I just notice the website is SLH Sports History Logos. I feel dumb now 😅😅😅
The best logo, is one you missed, the Montreal Expos!
Solid logo! Just wanted to focus on the Nationals since the Expos were basically a completely different team
Cleveland, completely agree. Drop the "G"s. But I say go further. Get rid of the baseball. The current logo is bad. It reminds me of a Minor league team logo.
Bring back the Indians ASAP
I want to write a letter to Elon musk and ask him to buy the Indians and change the name back
@@LanceCriminal1337 you’re my hero, please do it. If anybody would do it, he would
Didnt even bring up the Montreal Expos with the Nationals?
Because that’s the Montreal Expos. Yes, it’s the same organization, but it was a complete name and logo change 😂
The Orioles best logo is their King Louie St. Louis Browns logo.
MLB, pay attention to this man.
❤️
Not a baseball question but sports in general. Do you know why all Pittsburgh sports teams have black and yellow as their colors? I used to know the history.
Just the city colors of Pittsburgh, their flag too.
@@Womper1992 Thanks
Cocaine bear made me laugh
Cocaine Bear and Meth Tiger goin wild
I'd go back with the Montreal Expos just based on the logo being superior
Fangraphs t shirt goes crazy
❤️
Chief Wahoo was a way cooler logo
That's not gold. That's mustard.
Blue Jays Cardinals are the best
I hated red Astros uniforms 🤮
